This was the worst I have used! You expect better in west countries. Problem with bad behavior and call of in the middle of a call. Bad transfer. No heat 12,8 degres Celsius. Accent not understod. Unwilling service. Forgot me in the middle of a call and more. Transfer from Landvetter AirPort to hostel was included. Agrement that I should make phonecall when arriving to airport. Difficult to make contact. 7 different choices. Finally answer. I couldn’t unsterstand what he said. Waiting. Calling. At one occasion the person answering transfer from the back of a Parking. Walking and walking in the dark in snow and - 10. Didn’t find a car. Called again. The 3 try I finally found the car. No try to have light on or someone leave the inside of car to make more visibly. Transfer and check-in bad. Hostel was a small house in forest. No heat. Saw only one heater- cold. No heater in room. Finally one small heater arrived. Bathroom 12,8 degrees celsius! I had to wear my winterclothes inside att all my stay!
