Amazing 3-bedroom villa with a pool. Spacious and clean rooms with great service. GM and director of food and restaurants were very attentive and friendly, checking in with us daily and made food recommendations and bookings. Beautiful pool with lots of activities. Loved the beach and water sports activities. Great resort.

The Gran Melia hotel was absolutely amazing the quality of everything, the service is the best you will find anywhere. The breakfast was very special with lots of quality food to choose from the service in the breakfast was outstanding. The room and facilities were very special double sink free standing bath beautiful bedding and towels and the turn down service was great too. We used the gym every day and it was basically brand new equipment and well air conditioned to make it better We can’t wait to return to see the development of the complex and experience this special treatment again from the team at Gran Melia

We liked our stay a lot. The hotel,the pool, beautiful private beach are great. Rooms could use a change of interior but its clean but certainly bit outdated. Good breakfast. Easy transport with the cable cart or shuttle boat to downtown. Since there was a management company change you can see there’s lots of improvement opportunities. E.g. no calling system around the pool to order food or drinks so you have to go to them. Not able to generate a total bill since they split before noon and afternoon bills so guests will have to swipe their cc card twice. Without saying they will charge separately. Extending your stay with a day resulted in our room card not working and not recognizing us at pool when ordering etc. All said we believe they will work out these small nuances and will be back certainly.

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. Very, very kind! Basically, all staffs are very kind. And, for 1 by 1 guest, they try best to make the guest feels comfortable. In my case, all service was excellent, especially, cooking class was spwcial experience. All staff in restaurant focus only on my family. And also, the staff(Mr. Huy Khanh) who is in charge of me tried best to make my family's comfortable. He always smiles and let us know useful information. Anyhow my vacation was really happy experience. 기본적으로 너무 친절하고, 게스트 한명 한명에 맞춤으로 집둥해 줍니다. 또한 부가서비스도 많고, 전담 스태프가 집중 캐어 해주고, 유용한 정보도 제공해 줍니다. 쿠킹클래스도 해봤는데 온 식당 직원이 저희 가족을 위해 집중해줬습니다. 시설 너무 깨끗하고 좋으며, 바다도 좋고 수영장도 좋고 리조트 전체가 깨끗하고 음식도 훌륭합니다.

Sebaik sahaja saya tiba, kakitangan yang sangat ramah menjaga bagasi saya dan membawanya pergi, dan walaupun terdapat sedikit orang, daftar masuk mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit. Saya merasakan kerja itu dilakukan lebih cepat daripada yang saya jangkakan. Resort ini sangat besar sehingga anda perlu menaiki kereta untuk bersiar-siar. (Bergantung pada di mana anda berada, jika anda memberitahu kakitangan, mereka akan memanggil kereta. Jika anda menelefon dari lobi atau bilik, ia biasanya datang dalam masa 5 minit, dan walaupun anda tidak menelefon, anda boleh terus naik ke atasnya. kerana mereka sering pergi.) Terdapat tiga kolam renang, jadi anda boleh menggunakannya bergantung pada kedalaman, lokasi, dan lain-lain, dan bahagian yang terbaik ialah pantai persendirian!! Anda boleh melihat ikan hanya dengan berjalan masuk, dan jika anda mengambil baki roti dari sarapan pagi dengan anda, ia datang betul-betul di hadapan anda!! Sarapan pagi sangat, sangat lazat dan memuaskan, kecuali kekurangan mangga. Terdapat waktu gembira di tengah-tengah, dan saya sangat menyukainya, jadi saya menikmatinya sepanjang hari! Kopi Vietnam (susu pekat) yang dihidangkan pada masa ini jauh lebih lazat daripada kopi Vietnam yang dihidangkan semasa sarapan pagi! Saya juga menggunakan spa lumpur/jet ski dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus dan memuaskan.

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

기족들과의 휴식을 위해 시내에서 조금 떨어진 숙소를 정했어요.저녁의 반째ㅣ는 빈펄섬이 바라보며 조용하고 편안하게 쉬다갑니다. 베니티위치는 한국의 성북동같은 고급 빌라촌 느낌이예요 택시를 타고 들어가면 경비실을 지나 조용한곳에 위치! 로비가 따로 없어 배정된 숙소로 도착하면 Kateryna, manager매니저가 룸에서 체크인을 도와줍니다~ 가방택시에서 잊어버렸는데 친절한매니저분이 도와주셨어요~♡ 조식도 직접 주방에서 준비해주세요(8시~9시)쌀국수 포함 다양한 조식선택이 가능해요 첫날 옆빌라에서 생일파티하는지..밤새 축하송만 6번듣고 ㅋㅋ 밤 11시넘게 노래방소리에 시끄러워 매니져께 카톡으로 문의드렸어요~ 사우나,수영장이 제일 좋아요~
