I will stay at this location again. The staff was amazing. Trip.com put my name on the reservation in the wrong order or whatever and my reservation was not found but they kept looking until the problem was solved.

I have been staying at this Hampton Inn or the Homewood Suites nextdoor for the last 15+ years. I have never experienced the problems that I had this week in the last 15+ years here in Lancaster. I was going to comment on the wear and stains I saw on some of the chairs and wallpaper in the rooms, but I was going to let it go - until I had the bugs that started crawling on me in bed the late evening of the 25th in Room 318. I was initially placed in Room 319, until I found that the window had no curtains to close. There was a bracket in the window, but no curtains in the bracket to close. I was then moved to Room 318 - until the late evening when I had the bugs crawling on me in bed. It seemed that the bugs were in the pillow(s) from what I could see before squishing about four (4) of them and calling the front desk. I was moved to Room 320, but I found the ironing board up in the middle of the room and the bathroom clearly used/not clean with towels on the floor. I was finally moved to Room 317 where I was finally able to get a couple of hours of sleep after I thoroughly inspected the bed and pillows with a bright flashlight. Very sorry to see my ”home away from home” in such a state of disarray. With so many new hotels in the area, it's likely they will be among my first choices going forward. Even though I was told all these issues would be put into the nightly report, I was sadly still not contacted by the manager. I do work for one of the major aerospace companies in the Valley and I will be sharing my experience with my peers and Customers. (I had to fumigate my luggage and dry clean all my clothes before I set foot back in my home for fear that I had crawling hitchhikers...).

The room itself was nice, clean, adequate, although I guess maybe a little “dated”. Service is very good. I am not sure that I personally like the idea of staying at an extended stay hotel when there is currently a group occupying the same floor, they were not loud or anything but I don’t know, it’s just odd to me🤷♂️🤷♂️

Come to Lancaster on the way to LA. Saw Comfort inn off the freeway. Felt very welcomed when I arrived , rooms were very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers. Thank you Alex for the amazing stay, Clean safe and easy access

Years ago, I spent many nights in this hotel under the Inn of Lancaster name. It used to be a great value in that the rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel catered to many business travelers like me, so it was usually quiet. In October 2021, I stayed here and the first room I tried was above a group of young people having party in the parking lot. Loud hip hop music and LOTS of pot smoking. My room smelled like a skunk. The front staff moved me to a quieter room, but this one was run down and smelled like stale cigarettes, despite the ”strict” no smoking policy. The carpet and couch upholstery was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned recently. Holes in the wall and missing and burned out light bulbs in the bathroom tell a story of long neglect. Due to COVID, they discontinued breakfast, whereas many hotels still provide breakfast boxes to-go. On the bright side, the bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a place to party and get stoned in the parking lot.

wish the rooms were bigger but CARMEN and LIZZY are truly phenomenal... They always do a great job with customer service and are ALWAYS helpful !!!anything we needed or asked about they were ON it. the problem we had with the young green haired girl was IMMEDIATELY taken care of Thank you ladies

This is a very new hotel, and we usually visit family in Lancaster and have stayed at other hotels. This hotel was a really good experience. It’s very clean, the room are a good size, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. We stayed in a double queen suite. Above all, it is the staff who make this place what it is. Bryce in particular is very welcoming and helpful. The night staff were friendly too. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit the high desert! Thanks for a great stay!!!
