前台彭彭小姐姐服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這是我對這家酒店的評價。

This place is clean, room is great as smoking is not allowed in the room!

首先肯定價格確實便宜，但這不是可以抵消服務差的理由。明明是三天的訂單，還需要客人提醒才知道。入住第一天，洗手枱漏水；第二天玩完剛進門，發現把我們丟進垃圾桶裏的東西，拿出來又放在我床上，衞生間開着門馬桶刷子還在裏面。接二連三出現問題沒有任何人説個抱歉，好像出錯是應該的🧐設施的話，標間靠門的床，床頭兩邊的開關，如果關上燈電也會停，這裏很不方便。還有個不錯的地方是大廳可以吸氧。總之，費盡心思搞那些活動，不如做好最基礎的服務和衞生

The B&B has a total of three floors. The ivy trees in the courtyard on the first floor are scattered around, giving a sense of tranquility accumulated over time. Although the peach and apple trees in winter are still waiting for their sprouts to sprout, sitting in the courtyard is like the feeling of my hometown in my memory, warm and cozy. harmonious. In addition to the tables, chairs and hammocks on each floor for you to enjoy the sunbathe in Lhasa, the rooftop observation deck offers a wide view of the Bu Palace, the snow-capped mountains, and Dolma, who is getting up and combing her hair next door, waving good morning to you.
No matter what the purpose is for you to come to Lhasa, I suggest you come to Fengma, sit by the fire after sunset, and sit together with friends from all over the world. GGuest User洗手間太小了，像我175身高的，蹲下後，玻璃門會被膝蓋頂開。那個床和枕頭算我問題吧（畢竟每個人可能體質不一樣），我睡得脖子特別疼，不睡枕頭了但是這個彈簧床支撐又有點不舒服。反正我兩晚都是沒睡着的。還有那個吸氧，是要買有供氧的，我以為我的也有，其實沒有的。要到一樓公共的去吸。好評是有洗衣機可以洗衣服。哦對了，酒店説送的紅景天飲料，我沒問，所以也沒人提供給我。西藏很好，下次不來了，這的高反環境受不了。

GGuest User實話實説，老闆老闆娘態度還可以，提醒停到一樓再搬行李，也會在點菜時提醒菜量。但是房間確實……三人間房間裏真的簡約，三張床，兩把椅子，一張小圓桌，一個小排櫃，沒了，脱了衣服都沒地方掛。一間房裡的床上、衞生間有蟲子（蝨子？跳蚤？），拆了兩包一次性床品，睡的心驚膽戰的。衞生方面真的要注意哦，畢竟也要300+一晚。
