One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Excellent and friendly staff, Phuc and Tin provided particularly fantastic service and we especially enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese coffee making class out on by Tin. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future, it’s just outside the busiest part of Hoi An, you can rent bikes at the entrance of the hotel or bicycles from the hotel itself.

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

Mengecewakan kerana ia tidak terletak di tepi lautan, tetapi pemandangan kolam renang dan kerusi berjemur di dalam hotel bagus. Lokasi dari bilik ke kolam renang adalah hebat, dan sarapan paginya sangat lazat. Tetapi ia mengecewakan bahawa tiada saluran keluar di sebelah katil. Anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Old Town dengan mudah dalam masa 20 minit. Namun, jika anda mengikut jalan yang ditunjukkan oleh Peta Google, anda akan terjumpa banyak lorong, dan saya nampak sebanyak 3 ekor lipas. ㅠㅠㅠDan ia agak menakutkan pada waktu petang . Saya sangat kecewa kerana saya hanya menginap satu malam dalam perjalanan lima malam. Jika saya pergi lagi, saya rasa saya akan tinggal di sini selama kira-kira tiga malam. Daripada tiga penginapan secara keseluruhan, ini adalah satu-satunya penginapan yang saya mahu balik ke haha. Oh, dan terdapat beberapa orang Barat, tetapi terdapat lebih ramai orang Korea. Saya pergi ke sana untuk berehat, tetapi saya fikir ia benar-benar Korea. Hampir semua orang Korea. Jumlah penilaian ialah 4 bintang. Kecuali untuk lokasi dan kakitangan Korea, ia sempurna.

Absolute best experience here. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, so close to ancient town. Hotel even has bikes that are free to use and super nice to cycle around town. Definitely want to come back here.

La An old town hotel is perfect for visiting hoi an particularly if you’re interested in visiting the old town which is literally on the doorstep. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, in our experience Anna was an outstanding host, she took time and personal effort to communicate and spend time with us, she let us know our options and choices for local tours and experiences, and even though she herself operates a booking office, she was never pushy or insistent. We often found ourselves just chatting with Anna and her friendly and hospitable approach made our overall experience in Hoi An a calm and cosy time.

Welcoming, genuine, comfy, and convenient. We looked forward coming home seeing the dad, sweet elder -- he always greeted us coming in after a long day. Thuy, she was great, she will help guide if you don't have any plans, but I had a full itinerary already. She cooked for us for breakfast, i loved breakfast vs western complimentary breakfast -- this was a new taste I needed. I suggest you try it all, one every day. We stayed here for 1 week, room cleaning service is completed the second you walk out the building because we came back within 10-15 minutes .... and it was clean. crazy. 100% i'd recommend to everyone except for those whom are wheelchair bound, or needs some sort of assistance walking/climbing. No elevators and theres steep stairs. check google photos for pictures.

My stay at Chillax Old Town turned into an absolute nightmare when the shower screen suddenly exploded, leaving me with glass shards embedded in my arms and feet. Shocked and in pain, I had to remove them myself before reluctantly seeking medical help at a dismal facility, Ho An Hospital. The hospital's grim condition—mold, mildew, and rusted medical utensils—amplified the distress of the situation. Adding insult to injury, although the hotel covered my post-hospitalization costs, they callously refused to compensate for the damage inflicted on my personal belongings by the shower screen explosion. Even when I suggested they cover the excess from my travel insurance instead of the exorbitant repair costs, they cited financial inability, despite boasting four business partners. Their promise to chase up the builders for an explanation is simply not enough. Immediate action is imperative, especially with ongoing guests on the premises. The sheer irony of a hotel named 'Chillax' being the center of such chaos is incredibly astounding. Their blatant disregard for guest safety and well-being is utterly appalling. I strongly caution against considering this hotel for anyone valuing peace of mind and personal safety. The thought of a potential recurrence of a shower explosion at any hotel now lingers in my mind, thanks to this distressing experience. The lack of accountability and care displayed by Chillax Old Town, including their failure to cover damages to personal items, is nothing short of unacceptable. PS: the hotel receptionists were trying to assist where possible. However they are only messengers.

I am so happy I canceled expensive hotel and kept this home stay! It’s newly renovated and quiet to sleep in. 80m (or even less) from the night market and plenty of food options. If you book cabin room (top floor), it comes with hot tub at the terrace !! I will definitely stay here again.

หน้าโรงแรมติดกับถนนคนเดินเลยค่ะ ทำเลดีมาก โรงแรมมีจักรยานให้ยืมปั่นฟรีด้วยนะคะ^^ พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ได้ แต่เต็มใจและตั้งใจบริการมาก โดยเฉพาะพนักงานผู้ชายใส่แว่น^^ ห้องพักสไตล์ไม้ๆวินเทจๆหน่อย ออกแนวทางเหนือของบ้านเราค่ะ ห้องที่พักเป็นแบบห้องครอบครัวมีสองชั้น แถมมีอ่างJacuzziด้วยค่ะ แช่น้ำสบายมาก แต่แอบเก่านิดนึงและไม่มีประตูห้องน้ำค่ะ555^^ อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพอใช้ได้ค่ะ มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ รองเท้า และชุดคลุมอาบน้ำให้ด้วย โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคเลยค่ะ^^

Great hotel right next to the night Market. Good sized room well appointed at an affordable price. Spoke to the staff about ther coffee not being up to standard and the jumped at the chance to improve and asked if we where happy the next morning with the coffee, it was mutch improved, and they could not apologise enough for the inconvenience. The staff where amazing. And the pool was cold and crystal clear.
