It was a very friendly, gentle and good accommodation. He was kind and polite, such as telling me about the surrounding restaurants. Also, breakfast is voluminous and very delicious. If you ever visit Drum Heller, please stay. Very friendly, kind and good accommodation. They were kind and attentive to us, telling us about restaurants in the surrounding area. Also, the breakfast is very tasty and hearty. If you ever visit Drumheller, you should definitely stay there.

The landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

We had an incredible stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort in Banff. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. The property itself feels tucked away in the trees, offering peace and quiet while still being just a few minutes from downtown Banff. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a rustic mountain vibe that fit perfectly with the surroundings. I especially loved the fireplace—it made evenings feel warm and relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was well-equipped, which was a nice bonus for preparing meals. The views from the resort are stunning. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and seeing the Rockies right outside my window was unforgettable. On-site amenities like the hot tub and pool added to the experience, especially after long hikes. What stood out most was the balance between comfort and nature. It felt like having a private cabin in the mountains but with all the convenience of a resort. I’d highly recommend Tunnel Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone wanting a true Banff escape. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking scenery—I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Very clean room with comfortable king bed with a rustic wood bed frame, fireplace and jacuzzi tub, bathroom had newer shower/tub with good water pressure, sink area could use an update. No A/C but room was cool enough with overhead fan and open window at night; room had 2 additional fans that we did not need to use. Nicely decorated with lots of lamps. Coffee and tea service in room (with actual tea cups/teapot and tea cookies!), as well as microwave and bar fridge. Location convenient for walking anywhere in town, ample parking right in front of lodge and also available across the street at Kilmorey Lodge. No restaurant onsite but close to many dining options, 10% off coupon for breakfast at Kilmorey Lodge, but breakfast was underwhelming. Exterior could use updating, deck area and steps in rough shape, fortunately our room was cozy and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Lake Louise, which saved us from paying for expensive parking. It’s also close to stunning trails, yet quiet and peaceful. Plus, it’s conveniently near a grocery store, restaurants, and a café. I would definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I traveled to Banff National Park and chose ”Rundle Chalets” in Canmore for our stay. We had a very pleasant experience staying there. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, small but comfortable cabin with everything you need for a traveler, and all this in the midst of incredibly beautiful mountain scenery.

Located in a quiet and clean community, but the night was not very good. I can always hear noises from other rooms and other tenants used the washing machine and dryer in the middle-night.

A great value-for-money option! The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities (washer and dryer), and a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals (there's a Walmart nearby for groceries). The adjacent park is nice for a stroll. While the room doesn't have air conditioning, there's a circulating fan that keeps it from getting stuffy. The bathroom also provides a good selection of toiletries and is clean. The best part is the landlord's quick responses! They can speak Chinese, and their helpful attitude left a wonderful impression. This is definitely a place worth staying again if we come back to Calgary. Highly recommend! 👍
