I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Ballsbridge, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin. Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

Superb central location next to one of the best bakery’s bread41. Room was lovely and clean and clean and had great self catering appliances. Shower was beautiful and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Won’t stay anywhere else if I return to dublin.

I am sure I was not in the the room I booked. After asking at reception if I was in the correct room I was told that all the rooms are the same. I booked a room with a window a king size bed and should have been on the 7th floor according to my booking. I was on the 2nd floor and no window that could open at all and my double bed at home is bigger than the “king size” bed in our room?? Room was so warm that I battled to sleep at night. The A/C is for heating only and no window to open for some fresh air.

Was superb and good location just at the centre of Dublin City, enjoyed my stay .. and it’s a good stay if you like to buy d food out there , every cooking utensils was available.. such and amazing atmosphere too.. my room is a great and I enjoyed all money spent Thank will be back asap

Great staycation, all the amenities needed when feeling like not eating out all the time. Bed was a little bit of a banana bed but still comfortable sleep. There’s a QR code which will take you to the instruction manuals of the appliances if you are not familiar with how to use them. Very well setup apartments!

The cleaning service came in twice in the morning while I was sleeping. (It wasn’t even late in the morning - it was 8:30am and the guy just walked in) The front desk guy was really great and super helpful. But the overall experience was ruined because of the next morning. Really wanted to stay here again but will be reconsidering due to this terrible service experience. It was 20 min walk from the Grafton St if you walk fast. I didn’t mind the walk but it was longer than expected.

Tempatnya berada di lokasi yang bagus tetapi kunci bilik seharusnya diambil di lokasi lain yang agak jauh dari hotel. Kakitangan sepatutnya berbilang bahasa tetapi apabila kami meminta bantuan untuk mendapatkan kunci, kami tidak bernasib baik dan mempunyai seseorang melalui telefon yang bergelut dengan bahasa Inggeris (di Ireland..). Tempatnya secara keseluruhan sangat bersih tetapi bantal hiasan nampaknya tidak dicuci. Tidak mengapa untuk penginapan sebentar, bukan untuk jangka masa panjang kerana tidak ada almari pakaian. Tidak ada tempat untuk menyimpan apa-apa atau sekurang-kurangnya meletakkan barang. Selain itu, dapur mempunyai peralatan perak dan cawan tetapi tiada apa-apa untuk membersihkannya. Untuk harga ini, saya mengharapkan sedikit perhatian kepada perincian.

Broc House Suites is in an excellent location. The suite that I had was spacious, clean and comfortable and good value for money. On the downside the bathroom was a bit dated and lacked certain things such as a ledge to put shampoo etc.

Room was nice and clean staff were friendly only issue was our room had fire exit door which joined to another room where a family were staying was woken up by people being loud in hallway at 2 am and was kept up all night from a baby crying as door was very thin and could hear everything

Loved the stay and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. In my opinion she deserves a pay rise for the patience she showed during my stay. She is a great receptionist. She has black short hair and the receptionist in morning with blonde hair was great aswell
