Siamo stati davvero felici di trascorrere una notte al Philip Royal B&B il 29 gennaio e se avessimo avuto la possibilità, avremmo volentieri prolungato il nostro soggiorno. La posizione di questo B&B, proprio di fronte alla stazione centrale di Napoli, è davvero comoda. Ci ha colpito particolarmente la cura con cui è gestito da personale altamente qualificato che dimostra una grande passione per il loro lavoro. La nostra camera, la numero 501, era semplicemente perfetta: spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e con una vista mozzafiato sul Vesuvio dal balcone. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la colazione deliziosa che ci è stata servita direttamente in camera. Vorremmo ringraziare di cuore Francesco e Arianna, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e sempre sorridenti. Senza dubbio, rappresentano il punto di forza di questo B&B. Se ci sarà l'opportunità, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore ragazzi!

La zona è un ottimo compromesso tra luoghi costosi e zone poco raccomandabili, letteralmente dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione e mezz'oretta dal centro (noi siamo sempre andati a piedi senza problemi). Camera pulitissima, impeccabile, nuova e con tutto l'occorrente, direi anche silenziosa perche affacciava su un cortile interno . Carina la terrazza. Check in rapido e risposta molto celere al telefono quando siamo arrivati. Una menzione speciale per la signora che faceva le camere la mattina,perché è stata gentile, ci ha dato molti consigli ed è evidente il suo impeccabile lavoro. Super consigliato!

May 13, 2023. In April, Judy and I visited Pompeii with another couple who are good friends and traveling companions, while visiting Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. Our group has considerable international travel experience and each of us really enjoyed Mirosa Bed and Breakfast; the people and accommodations were great. It was an excellent choice. Of note, during our stay issues arose with a booked tour and related timing and transportation issues. Owners Mirosa and husband Pasquale personally took control and, through considerable effort on their part, made it all work out. Non prenotate questa struttura in quanto il titolare è di un menefreghismo imbarazzante oltre che in malafede. Prenoto tramite app agoda con un certo anticipo una camera per ieri sera, necessito di una sola notte perché ho un volo serale di rientro da Santorini, il sito è chiaro, per il check oltre le 21 è previsto un supplemento e a me sta bene, la prenotazione non prevede cancellazione. Ieri da Santorini, contatto il titolare per comunicare l’orario del mio arrivo alle 23, per tutta risposta mi dice che non è possibile ospitarmi perché il check in chiude alle 21. Spiegò la situazione, ricordando che sul sito era scritto a chiare lettere della possibilità di check in oltre orario con pagamento supplemento, ma il titolare nega. Gli spiego di trovarmi all’estero e di avere difficoltà a prenotare, ma lui, con fare sufficiente mi dice che non può farci nulla, di contattare agoda e di farmi rimborsare, ne segue una serie di mail e una telefonata in cui spiego le mie difficoltà ma a lui non importa un fico secco. Per fortuna riesco a trovare altra struttura nella stessa zona e contatto Agoda che dopo una serie infinita di mail, conferma che in fase di prenotazione era realmente previsto il supplemento che invece è stato negato dal tipo, quindi nonostante la mia prenotazione fosse non rimborsabile, verrò rimborsata. Prova che il titolare è un bugiardo

Offre un ambiente accogliente e rilassante, ideale per chi cerca una pausa dalla routine quotidiana. L'attenzione ai dettagli e la qualità del servizio sono evidenti, con i proprietari sempre disponibili a fornire un'accoglienza calorosa e personalizzata. Qui, ogni ospite può sentirsi speciale e completamente rigenerato.

Amazing, historic & hip city. People of all ages are on the move through the graffiti tattooed streets featuring magnificent buildings, churches & monasteries between fish and fruit markets. Laundry buoyed by gentle breezes float 3-4 stories high. Everyone very friendly. Good to know a little introductory Italian though not needed ((it’s appreciated). More smokers than I expected but enough outdoor seating to avoid if it’s bothersome. I’ll definitely return if possible.

Из минусов: кофе на завтраке ужасный, не оч приветливый парень на рецепции, завтрак это круассан, джем и кофе/чай. В целом достопримечательности недалеко, удобно, что рядом автобус в аэропорт и все такси тут же. Также нет чайника или кофемашины в номере, хотя до этого и после этого в Риме и в том же Неаполе везде были.

Our room was nicely spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, there was a good sized wardrobe and a decent desk. The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good shower, and was roomy plus, again, very well decorated. Also came with a hairdryer on the wall which I was very happy with. We didn't actually meet the owner but they were very helpful on WhatsApp. The internet was good once we realised logging into the named internet with our floor number made it stronger. Despite the cosmetic looks of the area we did actually feel safe and found the locals to be very friendly and helpful (although English is not prevalent). If you are visiting the Tabbaco shop at the bottom of the hill sells bus tickets but is shut on Sundays. Next door the mini supermarket is very well priced (well compared to UK prices). The buses leave from opposite the little newsstand (back side of it not the front) and head to Naples Central in about 15mins. Taxi from the Central Station was a maximum of 16euro and from the airport 30euro I can not comment on value for money as we booked a package deal but despite the location I would stay again because it was so nice, stylish, quiet and comfortable. Thank you to the owner for the help with the city tax we appreciated it

The property is located in a convenient location close to the Central Station, although the area around the station is a little dirty with some homeless people. When you get into the apartment, it’s clean and nicely decorated. The room was for 3 people and was pretty nice. Now for the downsides… When we arrived, the elevator was broken, so we had to suffer through carrying our luggage up 2 stories of stairs. Luckily, they apartment building was able to get the elevator fixed within a day or two of our arrival. Also, there were only sheets on the beds, no blankets. So that first night, we were cold. We later got blankets from housekeeping (housekeeping is only there for a few hours in the morning). There was no iron available, so if your clothes are wrinkled, you’re sh*t out of luck unless you brought your own. Communication was lacking. We ran out of toilet tissue and was told they would leave some at the front desk. They never did. We went 2 days without them restocking our toilet tissue. Luckily, we had wipes with us. They also never came to clean our room. The description for the room said “daily housekeeping” but I guess they just meant for the common areas. We were supposed to be provided with breakfast cards each day for the each of us (there were 3 of us in a room). We were only left one card one day. Never saw another card after that (this was brought up to the staff via WhatsApp and the cards still weren’t provided, just like the toilet tissue). Apparently, garbage gets collected around 1 in the morning. You can hear it loud and clear, at least from my room. There’s also a bell or something that goes off every morning at 7:30am. Again, you can hear it loud and clear from the room we were in. If you’re planning to stay in Naples for only a day or two, you might be ok with this place. Other than that, meh.

una struttura situata sul promontorio della costa amalfitana. Visuale dalle camere mozzafiato, personale gentilissimo e accogliente come non mai, stanze pulitissime, colazione eccellente. Lo consiglierei vivamente per chi vuole un bellissimo un weekend romantico.

Perfect location if you have to catch an early train from the central station....it is literally across the street from the station. The room was immaculately clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the staff responsive and helpful. That said, it was very difficult to find. It is located on the interior of a very large building on the second floor. If you book, make sure you ask for detailed instructions on how to find it.

Un Soggiorno Perfetto nel Cuore di Napoli! Abbiamo soggiornato all'Altea Royale e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è ideale, nel centro storico di Napoli, vicino a tutti i posti più belli da vedere, come Spaccanapoli, il Duomo e il Museo Archeologico. È super comodo per girare a piedi o prendere i mezzi. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e davvero accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Se cercate un posto dove soggiornare nel cuore di Napoli, Altea Royale è una scelta perfetta. Consigliatissimo!

If it’s your first time is Salerno and can’t make up your mind, don’t think twice about this place. It’s perfect in every way possible. The location is great and so is everything else. It also smells like heaven and everything is so clean. The breakfast is so cute and will sort you out for the rest of the day. Enzo and his wife were great hosts. So nice and friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

La signora che gestisce il b&b è una persona molto carina e disponibile. La camera è moderna e pulita. Localizzato molto vicino al centro e non abbiamo dovuto usare mezzi pubblici. Se si è fortunati si trova parcheggio gratuito sotto lo stabile ( noi lo abbiamo trovato). Altrimenti la signora vi consiglia un parcheggio a 4/5 euro al giorno. La zona ha molti negozi e supermercati proprio sulla via dello stabile. Il bar sotto il palazzo è convenzionato per fare la colazione. Perfetto direi. Le uniche cose per cui non metto 5 stelle perché la stanza è troppo fredda. I condizionatori per scaldare la stanza ci mettono molto per scaldare l'ambiente e il bagno risulta freddo non essendo provvisto di riscaldamento, inoltre ho avuto problemi con l'acqua calda della doccia dopo 3 Min mi sono ritrovata a fare la doccia fredda. Dopo 15 Min è ripartito però nel mentre il freddo della stanza il freddo della doccia è stato un enorme disagio, motivo per cui il mio compagno si è dovuto fare la doccia il giorno seguente. Infine cmq è un appartamento diviso in b&b quindi non adatto a chi non tollera i minimi rumori..per me non è stato un problema.

My husband and I had an amazing 2 night stay at Palazzo Vitagliano for our European honeymoon! The location was perfect.. sea front facing the Amalfi port and close to the public beach, all the restaurants, shops and cathedral. We came in July which is a very busy month, but given the location we felt that we were able to avoid much of the crowds, avoided a lot of stairs and we were able to take the ferry to Positano so easily. The b&b was great! It was newly renovated, clean and had the great view of the ocean. They even had an honesty bar in the shared public space which added a nice touch to the place. The staff are friendly and our host was always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our room and the amenities that came with it (espresso machine, fridge, bath tub) . Overall, we highly recommend this gem of a b&b!

Before i arrived to Ravello Giuseppe always got in me contact. İ did not Rent a car so first time i did not know how to go there . So it was a bit hard as all the coast line as in Amalfi. Dont do like me get in contact with Giuseppe. When i went there i thought there am i in the heaven? The terrace, the breakfast the rooms are excellent. I am full of good memories. İ really really loved this. Giuseppe was always willing to help. If i have a chance to go back to Amalfi i would stay in here again and again.

Es un alojamiento perfecto para ir a dormir. Tienen el desayuno incluido. Cafecito, croissant, tostadas, zumo. Son habitaciones sencillas. Cualquier cosita siempre estuvo muy atento Donato. Hicimos reserva en dos sitios diferentes : en dos edificios diferentes : Salerno y Salerno Il Y hemos quedado muy satisfechos. Sugerencias: deben poner una mesita o estantería de apoyo en el baño de todas las habitaciones. No hay donde poner nada ni apoyar los productos de limpieza personal.

Struttura un po' distanze dal centro di Salerno, ma situata in una zona tranquilla della città. Stanza ampia munita di tutti i comfort. Pulizia eccellente , colazione ottima , abbondante e varia. Letto comodissimo, abbiato riposato divinamente. Fiore all'occhiello della struttura, il proprietario ,persona gentilissima e disponibile, pronta a soddisfare ogni tua esigezenza. Ci ha dato consigli utilissimi su come visitare la costa amalfitana. Grazie di tutto, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
