Perfect location if you have to catch an early train from the central station....it is literally across the street from the station. The room was immaculately clean and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the staff responsive and helpful. That said, it was very difficult to find. It is located on the interior of a very large building on the second floor. If you book, make sure you ask for detailed instructions on how to find it.

We only stayed a couple of days but we were extremely impressed with this little gem situated in a busy part of Naples. The room was absolutely spotless- one of the cleanest and nicest-smelling rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The area is a short distance from the Piazza Garibaldi and a longer walk to the main sites of Naples but close to the airport. The lady in charge of cleaning the rooms and checking in was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We went out before breakfast so cannot comment on that but would stay there again on a short break, without a doubt.

I’ll try to make this as constructive as possible, so I’ll start with the good. The property is located in a convenient location close to the Central Station, although the area around the station is a little dirty with some homeless people. When you get into the apartment, it’s clean and nicely decorated. The room was for 3 people and was pretty nice. Now for the downsides… When we arrived, the elevator was broken, so we had to suffer through carrying our luggage up 2 stories of stairs. Luckily, they apartment building was able to get the elevator fixed within a day or two of our arrival. Also, there were only sheets on the beds, no blankets. So that first night, we were cold. We later got blankets from housekeeping (housekeeping is only there for a few hours in the morning). There was no iron available, so if your clothes are wrinkled, you’re sh*t out of luck unless you brought your own. Communication was lacking. We ran out of toilet tissue and was told they would leave some at the front desk. They never did. We went 2 days without them restocking our toilet tissue. Luckily, we had wipes with us. They also never came to clean our room. The description for the room said “daily housekeeping” but I guess they just meant for the common areas. We were supposed to be provided with breakfast cards each day for the each of us (there were 3 of us in a room). We were only left one card one day. Never saw another card after that (this was brought up to the staff via WhatsApp and the cards still weren’t provided, just like the toilet tissue). Apparently, garbage gets collected around 1 in the morning. You can hear it loud and clear, at least from my room. There’s also a bell or something that goes off every morning at 7:30am. Again, you can hear it loud and clear from the room we were in. If you’re planning to stay in Naples for only a day or two, you might be ok with this place. Other than that, meh.

Unfortunately this property was disappointing and not worth the money - avoid if you can. Although it is definitely a cheaper option than many other places in Sorrento, in hindsight we would have rather paid more for a better experience. The main 3 issues we had were that the pool was shut (due to rain) for both days we were there (having read other reviews you have to PAY to use it on weekends anyway?!). The restaurant was also shut for our second day, which was annoying as we'd planned to stay at the hotel relaxing all day then go to their restaurant for dinner - the reviews mention the food being good so we were keen to try it. The third issue was that our room was very small, with one small window which had shutters across it that could not be opened. There was a sky light in the ceiling but we couldn't exactly see any views from there. These 3 things were enough to put us off and made the stay there underwhelming and frustrating. Additionally, the shortcut walk up to the property is steep and not well lit at nighttime - be careful. As others have mentioned, that's if you even find that route to the hotel - we ended up going the long way round when we arrived with our suitcases which takes about 10 minutes up and down hills, rather than 1 minute up the very steep hill! Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. The last thing, on the first night when we returned from the centre, there was a really loud party going on on the patio (this was about 11.30pm) which we could hear from our room. We contacted the property directly (through ***********) for compensation when we returned home, but instead received a response from *********** that the property refused to give any compensation or even a reply! The only positive thing was the girl on reception was really friendly and helpful. Overall, not worth staying here and please read the other recent reviews as they are all similar. It seems this place used to be better a few years back and has unfortunately gone downhill.

La struttura è molto carina, le camere super accoglienti. La posizione strategica vicinissima alla metro consente collegamenti rapidi alle principali attrazioni turistiche della città. Amazing, historic & hip city. People of all ages are on the move through the graffiti tattooed streets featuring magnificent buildings, churches & monasteries between fish and fruit markets. Laundry buoyed by gentle breezes float 3-4 stories high. Everyone very friendly. Good to know a little introductory Italian though not needed ((it’s appreciated). More smokers than I expected but enough outdoor seating to avoid if it’s bothersome. I’ll definitely return if possible.

Sono molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza in questo B&B. La posizione è ottima per visitare a piedi tutto il centro storico. Le camere sono nuove e c'è tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. La colazione può essere scelta il giorno prima ed è molto varia. Ornella è una ragazza estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente!

Needed something close to the train station and airport so you’re not gonna be in a Beverly Hills type neighborhood but the hotel was very clean and appears rather new. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Went out of his way to bring our luggage up to our room. Train station is literally across the street. Lots of places to get food. He arranged for our taxi to take us to the airport. For a short stop in Naples before catching a flight I would recommend. Just wouldn’t go out too late.

Slightly mixed opinion of Napoli’s gold hotel. It’s interesting to say the least. First, I’d like to say the room was immaculately clean and fairly modern with comfortable beds and a balcony. Air conditioning didn’t work but we just had our balcony door open for 30 mins before we went to sleep. The bathroom in the room was fine, although the shower was almost impossible to get to the correct temperature, 1mm either way was too hot or cold and the water drained really slowly. But overall the room was good. The reason for the 3.5 rating is the breakfast room. Pretty poor. The breakfast room is tiny and miserable to be entirely honest. And I know you can’t expect much from a continental breakfast but it was pretty sad. Also the staff didn’t speak English although claiming too, and of course this isn’t a reason to complain, it is in Italy, but they claim to speak English here. The staff certainly aren’t as pictured in suits and ties either….. The location is pretty good, just out the main part. The weird thing is the security on this hotel. 4 keys, one for the big wooden gate, one for the metal gate, one for the hotel door and one for the room. Wow. Remember to push the wooden gate when unlocking it else you’ll be staying outside! Although I don’t plan to return to Naples, there would be worse places to stay than to stay here again. It’s a 3 star hotel….

酒店位於那不勒斯中央火車站前廣場旁邊非常近的位置，入口位於廣場旁邊。因為該區域有很多燈光，而且位於開闊繁華地帶，所以個人認為並不需要擔心你可能會擔心的安全問題。酒店入口是一個古老的門，裏面是一座住宅，酒店位於住宅的3層，你必須提前聯繫房東（電話或者whatsapp）獲取進入的方法。 房間窗户朝向街道或者庭院。本身的乾淨整潔程度無可挑剔，視野也並不狹窄。但由於那不勒斯市總體洋溢着氮元素化合物的味道，所以不推薦你為房間開窗通風。 房間被子的被套是“夾心式”的而不是整體的被套。所以我懷疑被子本身並不頻繁清洗。這可能會讓人覺得不太衞生，但是鑒於我在那不勒斯附近（包括Sorrento和Capri）的bnb酒店都是如此。所以我不認為這可能構成一個減分項。但是仍需要你注意。 早餐是你選擇時間點，然後房東會送餐上門。有夾心可頌，熱茶或者咖啡，橙汁。 房間的隔音略差，晚上11點多可以聽到不知何處傳來的teenager們的歡樂交談的聲音。但是所幸沒有從隔壁傳來的電視/交談聲音。 對於在那不勒斯市區、龐貝、維蘇威的旅遊，我認為這是一個不錯的住處。

Расположите рядом с вокзалом, но возле вокзала грязно, многие объединяют ассоциации, что не правильно. Удобно утром и быстро уезжать и приезжать вечером. Завтра кофе, сок, круассан приносят ко времени утром в номер, уборка каждый день.

Had a very relaxing 4 nights in Casa Dolce Casa. The staff were amazing, very helpful in booking reliable transfers for us. The room was spotless and very well appointed. The views from the balcony were just stunning. The public pool on the terrace below was an added bonus at €20 per person. We had an excellent breakfast everyday on our balcony. I was attracted to the hotel from the favourable reviews and the fact it was on the road so no need to carry luggage up and down Ravello’s steps. Definitely a bonus as the gentle climb up the road to the square was preferable to me than the 180 steps ( yes I counted them!)

Let me start by being positive. The location is fantastic! A few minutes from the train station, about 8 min to the ferry terminal to catch the ferry to explore the Amalfi Coast towns. It is on a pedestrian street with lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars. It would get 5* for location. We stayed in the “family suite” for two weeks. You have to let them know when you are checking in because there isn’t a front desk. Someone comes to let you in. The “suite needs to be refurbished as there were curtains that needed to be replaced. The kitchen was sp****ly equipped. No sharp knife or cutting board. No kettle. Backsplash covered in grease marks. The shower head was on the floor of the shower so we had to tie it with dental floss so we could use two hands to shower. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Bathroom next to the kitchen with about a 12” step to get in it. We did not have daily housekeeping. I wasn’t looking for luxury but this certainly wasn’t as advertised.

La signora che gestisce il b&b è una persona molto carina e disponibile. La camera è moderna e pulita. Localizzato molto vicino al centro e non abbiamo dovuto usare mezzi pubblici. Se si è fortunati si trova parcheggio gratuito sotto lo stabile ( noi lo abbiamo trovato). Altrimenti la signora vi consiglia un parcheggio a 4/5 euro al giorno. La zona ha molti negozi e supermercati proprio sulla via dello stabile. Il bar sotto il palazzo è convenzionato per fare la colazione. Perfetto direi. Le uniche cose per cui non metto 5 stelle perché la stanza è troppo fredda. I condizionatori per scaldare la stanza ci mettono molto per scaldare l'ambiente e il bagno risulta freddo non essendo provvisto di riscaldamento, inoltre ho avuto problemi con l'acqua calda della doccia dopo 3 Min mi sono ritrovata a fare la doccia fredda. Dopo 15 Min è ripartito però nel mentre il freddo della stanza il freddo della doccia è stato un enorme disagio, motivo per cui il mio compagno si è dovuto fare la doccia il giorno seguente. Infine cmq è un appartamento diviso in b&b quindi non adatto a chi non tollera i minimi rumori..per me non è stato un problema.

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti insieme al mio compagno. all'arrivo il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile e simpatico, ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino. ho soggiornato in questa struttura per questioni di studio, avevo un concorso in quei giorni a Salerno, sono stata per 2 giorni chiusa in camera e devo dire che è un B&B tranquillissimo. Molto pulito, camera molto confortevole e grande, con balcone. aria condizionata che puoi accendere e spegnere quando vuoi e regolare a piacimento la temperatura. bagno con doccia molto grande e molto pulito. spero di ritornarci, magari per una vacanza!

We were glad to finally make it to Amalfi after a number of Covid-related delays for our trip. The hotel manager Luigi and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and finished with beautiful blue tiles. It had a shared balcony overlooking the harbour and waterfront. It was nice to sometimes just watch the bustling waterfront activity from above. Our train was delayed almost 2 hours so we arrived late. If you are planning to arrive after dark, I would recommend confirming access to the lobby for checking in; we were confused initially. The location was convenient to the bus terminal, ferry dock and main square. We loved Amalfi with its alleyways, beautiful cathedral, Mediterranean blue waters and lovely evenings where we enjoyed lemon desserts and cappuccinos in the square.

What a beautiful little hotel, with such beautifully appointed rooms!! We had a huge vase of white lilly's in our room, an amazing chandelier, and an absolutely fantastic little balcony with a beautiful view. It felt lux, and summery, and relaxing. We only stayed two nights, and it was just so comfortable and we enjoyed it immensely. Amara and the staff were lovely! So accommodating, and helpful. They delivered us breakfast early so that we could eat before we went out on a tour which felt so above and beyond. If we go back to Positano, this is where we will be staying again!

Brilliant. Just of the central square, up a couple of stair cases, you are in the heart of Amalfi. You can hear the Duomo bells but they stop between circa 11 and don’t start until 7am. If they started earlier we didn’t hear them. The room comes with a coffee machine, toiletries and I can’t believe I am writing this for a hotel in mainland Italy, but amazing AC. Should you want it to, you could could freeze a gelato in there I swear. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - memory foam. Same with the pillows. Extra pillows in the wardrobe too. My only minor gripe was there wasn’t a full length mirror, however there’s a step in the room from which the bathroom mirror effectively became a full length. More I could say but in short, very good.!
