Same hotel but different room. Average cleanliness and average service but cheerful. So they help slow but with a smile. Also answer to all questions but it’s quite logical and expected thing.

The pool water is very cold below temperature, cannot swimming longer. The place is good but need more to improve, no playing place for small children.

В день заселения нам просто написал менеджер отеля, что с нашими номерами «какая-то проблема», и нас переселят в другой отель сети (не апарт-отель, а другой). Нам было важно жить рядом с The Arena Riadh, потому что мы на большое мероприятие приехали, по итогу мы туда на такси добирались, вместо 10 минут пешком. Хотя обратите внимание, что менеджер нас уверял, что расстояние одинаковое. Ситуация патовая совершенно, ничего никто не компенсировал, скидку не предоставил, бесплатный трансфер до площадки тоже нет. Наш отель был уставший, хоть и чистый. Локация в районе, где живут местные. Грязно, страшно. Нам таксисты сказали, чтобы мы без мужчин не передвигались там. Короче, думайте сами, останавливаться тут или нет. Завтраки вкусные, приносят сразу в номер, да одинаковые, но пофиг.

I had to check-in late (4am) and the administration kindly accommodated my request. Convenient location between the airport and the city, have nice tea shops nearby. The only drawbacks are absence of the hairdryer; also, had to request the towels as they were not in the apartment in the first place.

New hotel very clean very quite and the room is spacious with very reasonable price compared to the great service and cleanliness of the room. The staff are exceptional they were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Very kind and respectful. Many thanks Christian and the whole team there. It was such a pleasant experience for me and I highly recommend this hotel to others. I'll definitely come back again 👍🏻👍🏻

My stay for two nights with duset service hotel was moderately good. The staffs are well behaved and coperative. The cleanliness and services were good. The dinning facilities in the dinning room is discontinued as I heard and they served me out breakfast at the room. Given the amenities and services, I think the room rates in Saudi Arabia is much higher comparison to the amenities and facilities given in South East Asian Countries.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

3명이서 리야드에서 하루를 보내는데 알맞는 호텔이었습니다 침대는 싱글베드 2개 혹은 큰침대 1개로 고를 수 있었고 거실에 큰 소파가 있어서 3명 모두 잘 수 있었습니다 내부는 냉장고와 인덕션이 있어서 편리했고 넓었습니다 체크아웃 시간은 오후 12시인데 좀 늦게 할 수 있냐고 물으니 흔쾌히 무료로 해주셨습니다. 땡큐 미스터 모하마드씨 다음에 또 묵을 의향있습니다
