Location: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first. Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit. Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in . Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep. Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲 Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs. Staff: they all friendly, no worries. Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

The service staff are all young and energetic, their English is very good, and they can communicate easily. Everyone is enthusiastic to provide help, including carrying luggage and bags, and even helping to call TAXI. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable. Go straight, turn right, and walk 800 meters to the Duomo. Will come and stay next time

It's a good hotel very clean inside.. about the food break fast serving are all good t the hotel is near also in the train station. And if u want something to buy in supermarkets it's near

Successful location two steps from the station. Exceptional cleanliness everywhere! Common kitchen: you can cook or heat something. From the downsides - as already written here: It is not clear why it is impossible to send the codes in advance on the day of the check-in, if the foreigner asks, as not everyone has at the time of the settlement roaming or WI-FI. Requests for e-mail and SMS were ignored. It is necessary to call - standing in front of the door.

I recently stayed at the White Ribbon Hotel in Milan and had a generally positive experience. **Cleanliness**: The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. **Location**: The location is very safe, which is a significant plus. While it’s about an hour's walk from Milan Duomo, the surrounding area has its charm. The street hosts a local market every Saturday and Tuesday, offering a variety of goods at decent prices, which I found to be a delightful bonus. **Check-In Time**: The check-in time is set at 15:00, which I found to be a bit late. An earlier check-in would be more accommodating for travelers arriving in the city. **Baggage Storage**: On a positive note, the hotel offered free baggage storage, allowing me to explore the city without the hassle of my luggage. Overall, my stay was good, and I would recommend the White Ribbon Hotel for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient access to local markets, but be mindful of its distance from the city center.

Excellent staff! The reception and breakfast teams were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We were also thrilled with the daily room service (cleaning, fresh towels) provided without asking. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had nice coffee. Location is great: very central, near the main station, with a bus stop right on the corner. The only drawbacks were the uncomfortably small shower (too little space for proper movement) and that not having a physical key was occasionally inconvenient when sharing the room with friends.

Very nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

Overall the stay was pleasant! I was surprised to find the hotel hidden away in a residential building occupying only half a floor but it was definitely a very local experience you might not easily find. The historical elevator was a gem. Check-in was a bit confusing as we didn't know it was self check-in but luckily a staff was there to assist. My room initially didn't come with the key for the building's front door so as a group of 3, we had to rely on my friend's key that came with her room. A bit inconvenient but I was later provided with the key on the third day. Room was clean and tidy. Close to subway but I took the tram everyday. Would definitely come back if I'm in Milan again!

The location is really good and the boss is friendly. Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies! There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!

Guys! I seriously can't recommend this place enough!!! This was originally just supposed to be a regular overnight layover in Milan, and I was planning on just making do, but I unexpectedly ended up staying in my dream accommodation 😂 First off, the location is excellent. It's only about two or three hundred meters from the metro station, which was super convenient even with luggage. Secondly, it was a room for four people, and it seems like it was recently renovated. The space was plenty big enough, and everything, especially the bathroom, was incredibly clean. It might just be the cleanest hostel bathroom I've ever seen! Even though it's a semi-basement space, the air conditioning was strong, and there was good air circulation, so it didn't feel stuffy at all! Most importantly, the service was fantastic! I arrived at 11 PM, and I'd informed the front desk in advance about my late check-in, which wasn't an issue at all. The next morning, there was a free breakfast provided, and the croissants were delicious! The staff member (a gentleman) even specifically asked if I wanted coffee, snacks, or drinks – he was incredibly warm and welcoming!! It really made me want to stay an extra night in Milan 😂
