This is a lovely spacious villa which has been furnished and decorated with families or groups to enjoy.It is 5 minutes from Waikanae Beach or town and set in a quiet street. A short drive takes you to Wainui Beach. It is a great place from which to go on day trips to explore the East Coast. Outdoor living is a feature with a roomy verandah, equiped for outdoor dining, and a large, fully fenced back lawn with outdoor furniture and shady trees , which makes it safe and private for families.There is a large lounge and family room which make it ideal for families to share.
