The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.  CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.  I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese. 

After parking, you just open the door directly, no stairs to climb. The decor is new and not over-the-top. There was no smoke or strange odors in the room. Adults can sing karaoke to their hearts' content, and kids can swim, take a bath, or watch movies, which is really great. My kids loved it so much they wanted to stay another night. The breakfast is just a sandwich from a breakfast shop plus a drink, so don't expect too much.

I booked this place specifically to see The Incredibles, but I couldn't find the order at first. However, I found it on ezTravel.com, which surprised me. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was a buffet, but when I went in, I couldn't find anyone to collect my vouchers. The drinks weren't labeled, and there wasn't even a sign for the dish return area. I could only watch what people who were about to leave did.

We needed a place that accepted check-in late at night near Zuoying Station, so this was the deciding factor for my booking this motel. It took about 10min to walk from the HSR station to the motel. Too bad we don't have a car, because we had a parking space! Check in was easy and our room was spacious... It did smell like old cigarette smoke, but the sheets and bathroom were definitely clean. The floor directly outside of the bathroom was very warped from water damage, but it held up under our feet. The interesting chair was interesting, but not put to use. Breakfast was set outside the room shortly after I rang for it. Very dry sandwich, but edible. I did make use of the teas and coffee provided, much appreciated. It's a functional place.

I stayed at Discovery Motel Nan’gang for three nights. While the pricing is reasonable and the included simple breakfast is appreciated, it’s important to note that this motel is designed with couples in mind and is not suitable for families or those seeking a more traditional hotel experience. The key advantage is its convenience for those traveling by car — each room has a dedicated parking spot right in front of the door, which makes access very easy. The location is relatively accessible by car, but may not be ideal for guests relying on public transportation. Overall, it offers good value for specific types of travelers, especially couples or solo drivers, but I would not recommend it for family stays.

The hotel is located on an uphill slope, which requires a bit of effort to walk up. The 6 PM check-in time is a bit late, but otherwise, everything was impeccable. The staff were very enthusiastic and explained everything clearly. The breakfast menu changed daily, offering both Chinese and Western options, and fresh fruit. There's also a children's play area in the restaurant. Free 24-hour self-service washing machines are available. The shower and toilet are separate, and the bubble massage tub was very comfortable and clean. Many little amenities were provided (shower ball, bath salts, mouthwash, hair clips; toothbrushes are available upon request). There were even three types of slippers! There's an entryway for changing shoes and a double door system, making for excellent soundproofing. The TV can be rotated and has many channels, which is something to note if you have children. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I regret not booking this place for the rest of my trip! 😂

The service staff received and explained kindly. The space in the room is large and spacious, with a large bathtub🛁 for bathing, and an independent garage for parking. The location of the hotel is good and the price of the hotel is reasonable.

Overall, it was great. The facilities were plentiful, and the breakfast selection was quite extensive. The only minor flaws were that the bathroom floor was too slippery. The drain for shower 308 was too far from the shower stall…

We booked two rooms, one large family room and one couple room. The prior one is spacious, very well designed and it even has an amazing sauna room which was a nice touch to the stay. The kids had loads of fun and laughter. The beds are huge so it can easily fit 4 and maybe even 5 for younger kids. The later is a bit worn down with wallpaper coming off, stains around the tub and just an overall worn down feel to it. So if you can afford a few hundred NT$ more, I would suggest staying at the bigger room to enjoy a good full stay. Breakfast is delicious 😋

This business trip chose to stay at the new camp of Windsor Castle Motel, and the overall experience was satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the interchange, which is very convenient for motorists. As soon as I walked into the room, the most impressive thing was the spacious space and clean and tidy environment. The beds are moderately hard and soft, providing a comfortable quality of sleep. The bathroom part is quite large, the wet and dry separation is done well, the hot water supply is stable, and it can wash away the fatigue. Although the decoration style is slightly classic, not a trendy design, but well maintained, such as large TV, basic toiletries are all available. For this price, Windsor Castle offers a great value for money stay. It is a reliable choice for travelers who need to spend the night in the new camp area and seek a clean, comfortable and convenient place to rest.
