DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'd give it a zero! I want to say that I have traveled many places. I also grew up in the country with limited resources so I'm not hoitie toitie. This place was disgusting.! There is no.excuse for.dirty and filthy! We only stayed 1 night because our flight left in the morning. After traveling all day and paying a fortune for this hotel, I wanted a nice shower and a clean bed. This place did not have a working shower, or was.in any way clean. The tap was broken and the Focete dribbled cold water so I couldn't even sponge bath. The bathroom was moldy, so moldy the tap was broken off. Went to.get some dinner as we waited for the maintenance to fix the shower. The dining room was full of loud locals and were served pretty much last. So no wine they said, but I saw a bottle on the counter which was full. No fish, no.chicken. we had one option. Front desk told me that they would send someone to fix it. They never showed up. I asked to change rooms and they wouldn't do that either. The chair in the room from the 80s had white creamy substance on it. The room smelled like water damage. The beds mattress was saggy. We literally sunk 6inches. Rolled in the middle during the night where it sank. After not getting any sleep due to no shower and no clean or sufficient mattress, we thought we would go to.the breakfast provided. There were many locals in the dining room. So, no food.left and what was there was not edible. Bread had flies on it, no milk for.cereal, no toaster and the toaster oven was broken. We basically had no.where else to stay on short notice and the hotel refused.to.give me my.money back. I.haf all.these clothes and a box of food to leave for staff. I didnt due to the horrific experience.

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay. We had been staying at luxury resorts though out our trip and wanted our last hotel to be near the airport. Our expectations were not high but the staff, food, cleanliness and overall customer care exceeded all our expectations. The staff was welcoming and the waitresses make you feel you are a priority. The food and drinks were delicious and well priced. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belize. A great stop to rest before beginning your Belize experience or before flying back home.

It was a nice one night stay waiting for a flight to leave the next day. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to help us with any needs.like delivery of dinner from a local Chinese restaurant to cooked breakfast before we grab the cab to the airport . Room was air-conditioned and large bedroom and bathroom, had all amenities that we needed. Definitely a family feel to the hotel would stay there again.
