This hotel is near a large shopping mall so there are many nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms themselves are very comfortable. My one complaint is with the breakfast. If I went at the opening time, it was not yet set up for guests. I had to wait until someone brought out the tea, juice glasses, food labels, etc. There also needs to be a better system to request an omelet or fried eggs.

We arrived at the Abba Presidente on 7 January after cruising South America. Even though our travel agent had inadvertently scheduled us for January 7, 2025, Daniella welcomed us into the hotel, and gave us a room until we sorted the reservations out. The location is ideal just a few hundred metres down the avenue is a large mall. The Costanera Center. This enormous centre has every store. You can possibly imagine over multi levels in addition, a huge food court, which includes dine in restaurants, such as Chile, Tony, Roma, and many others. In the short walk from the hotel to the mall, you will encounter Street vendors with many local, artisan, crafts, clothes, etc. approximately 5 km from the hotel, and the uptown area will get you into the downtown anne Moore historic area where many tours are available to show you around and explain the history of this magnificent city. Taxis, Ubers are available, but we chose to walk and it was an easy walk, uncomfortable, and safe sidewalks to the city centre. In the morning, you can wake up from seven till 10 to very good buffet, breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. I did find the coffee, a bit strong, but that’s my personal taste. The English spoken to me by the staff was excellent and for this I was very grateful as my Spanish is very bad. It didn’t take long to straighten out my reservation and the manager assured me that all was good. the room we had was more than adequate very spacious with a small sitting area a nice bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. I could not have asked for more .The front desk staff organized my taxi to the airport on my departure date without trouble I would definitely stay in this hotel again if and when I return to Chile.!!!

Hotel mostra sinais da idade, como pisos descascados e móveis surrados, porém tudo funcionou, inclusive o ar condicionado. Limpeza impecável e ótima localização. Poderiam melhor o café da manhã, que não possui produtos de boa qualidade, além de faltar itens como salada de frutas logo no início. O café deveria começar mais cedo, pois há passeios que saem antes das 07h, e nada é oferecido. Chegamos pouco antes das 14h mas mesmo assim o senhor da recepção nos fez esperar dar 14h pra fazer o checkin, e obviamente o hotel não estava lotado…, porém saímos 08h no checkout e nem se fala em reembolso. essa falta de pequenas gentilezas faz a diferença, vale a pena considerar.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Duas quadras do metrô. Na rua ao lado das casas de câmbio do bairro. Facilidade ir a pé para o Costanera e até uma das estações do teleférico. Muito próximo de mercados e todos os tipos de restaurantes, pizzarias e cafeterias. Muito limpo e organizado. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto confortável e um.bom café da manhã. Nos dias de passeio em que saímos muito cedo e não conseguiríamos tomar o café no hotel, foi fornecido um lanche para levarmos. Ótimo custo benefício.

Realizamos la reserva eligiendo la opción con impuestos incluidos ( que es más caro )y al realizar el check in nos dicen que ese impuesto no es el IVA, si no que la comisión que el hotel le tiene que pagar a la plataforma que usamos para reservar y a lo pagado nos cobraron en recepción un 19% extra en concepto impuestos o IVA nuevamente, yo trabajo en la industria hotelera y es una sinvergüenzura lo que hacen al publicar las habitaciones con “ impuestos “ o “ sin impuestos “ y luego te los cobran por segunda vez , uso esta cadena hotelera en muchos países y sólo en Chile me pasó esto. No vuelvo a reservar en Ibis Chile nunca más .
