LLEE CHUN YANGWe were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times. A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform. We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen.

許許罡赫早餐豐盛（很日本風），發現住訪客，很多日本人（隔音不好能聽到隔房日本人講話）櫃檯，早餐招待阿姨（使用三國語言跟房客問早），都很親切。位置靠近新竹車站，步行8分可到城隍廟美食商圈，飯店店面有一間全家便利商店，位置方便，附有特約停車場，步行2分，飯店協對面的立體停車場

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

XXingVery close to the train station and bus terminal by foot. The room is small. The shower is not separated from the toilet. The toilet is small, you better to stand to pee if you are male. Breakfast is invented but very simple and almost no protein.
