Fantastic hotel location, nearby is city center and has lots of shops to browse through. The room was clean and comfortable, the space was well utilised. Some improvement on soundproof: inside my room, I can hear the voice of my neighbour talking and the sound of those people ringing other room’s doorbell.

Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

Positives: - centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner) - fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food - amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed - eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request) - Room clean and functional - separate shower and bath tub - international electrical socket Negatives - bath towels could be thicker - lack of face towel - no hair conditioner - my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)

Excellent Hotel with courteous helpful staff. Very good location with access to restaurants, shopping and transport. Breakfast menu was good but needs more vegetarian options. Room was large and clean with all required amenities including laundry. Very limited number of plug point in room and this needs to be increased. Stayed for one week and it was an excellent stay. A big thumbs up to the hotel staff who were very responsive and helpful.

地理位置很不錯的酒店，對面是市政府，旁邊是稅務大樓，安全感滿滿，走10分鐘可以到新竹火車站。服務很熱情，不過台灣都是這麼熱情啦。酒店是比較老派的裝修風格，可能當時就是這個風格的時代吧，和新竹整體蠻襯的。日子比較久，所以在細節上會有點老舊，比如牆紙有污點這些痕跡。意外的是這裡的冷氣和香港一樣冷，我晚上關冷氣睡。住房包早很划算，早餐種類多，只是我去得比較晚，東西都只是溫溫的，加上我自己不太在意吃食，所以沒有太大感覺。值得注意的是這裡退房比較嚴格，我11:05接到退房電話，還好我11:10收完行李就下樓退房了。我過來找新竹的朋友玩，只住了一個晚上，應該住多幾天也不錯。計程車司機說這裡是市區很不錯的旅店了，旺季是滿房的。以後來新竹都會住這裡！

JJingniGood location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast. However, terrible experience about the staff. 1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there. 2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there.

PpatalaxWe've stopped here for a quick transit to Tai Chung the next day. It's a motel with free parking space. The room is clean and spacious. There is no restaurants around and a 7/11 convenience store is around. The shower is great and the breakfast is good enough.

Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

EEric Shen TWA time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

ZZeeI arrived 5am and the hotel checking time is 4pm .. where in the world hotel check in time is 4pm .. you can guess from 5 am to 4 pm I have to wait to take shower.. using washroom and take a nap? It’s a 5 star. Hotel wow .. I would recommend plz check ur flight schedule and hotel check in time in Taiwan.. it doesn’t matter you are in 5 star hotel..

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

CCarmen JMCleanliness is ok and the bathroom can be seen is newly refurbished without icky looking old tiles. All basic amenities are provided they even have free self service laundry and dryer service. The hotel is generous and even have an individual drinking water dispenser in the room. Fair price with breakfast provided. Couldn't ask for more at this pricing.

PPengguna Tanpa Namathe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it.. BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..
