Positionné idéalement pour visiter Caen. Le centre ville est accessible à pieds en 15 mns. Studio agréable, confortable, cuisine, sdb, WC et TV. Propreté ok. Parking Personnel discret agréable. Loué directement sur leur plateforme ce qui évite les désagréments lorsque l'on passe par un intermédiaire comme Booking et le parking vous est offert, ce qui n'est pas négligeable car sinon c'est 3€ la journée. Prix très raisonnable. Environ 167€ pour trois nuits. Relativement calme sauf quand vous tombez sur des voisins qui se croient tous seuls et aucun respect. Je recommande

Clean, friendly, one-night no-frills stay with excellent breakfast. A good budget option for a stay before ferry or to explore Normandy beaches. Plenty of car parking space. Apartments were functional but clean and the reception staff very friendly.

Clean/friendly & safe overall service- they do not provide full bathroom amenities such as hair shampoo/conditioner nor face towels. I was in with a group tour so there were about 35-40 people. They provided dinner which was served hot and table was decorated very lovely- the food was fine-basic average dinner. The bar and the bar maid were exceptionally helpful. She offered & introduced me to a local spirit cocktail & was pleasant to take my order! Breakfast was very minimal- as the table that I went to sit at had no coffee mugs or silverware- and none were at buffet table. The breakfast served its purpose and was ok. This hotel is so conveniently located to lovely eateries/shopping and entertainment- overall I would be very happy staying there again. The front desk service was also very helpful & offered any assistance possible.

Only stayed for one night before traveling on an early train to Paris. The hotel was fine: clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. The (large) balcony mas a fun bonus, enabling people-watching of the busy area in front of the Hotel. By far the greatest surprise though were the fascinating and beautiful surroundings at night. I climbed around the castle walls, which were accessible to all (bring your flashlight). Also took a nice walk through a pedestrian shopping area alive with young people on a Saturday night, enjoying the interesting lighting on public art and buildings. I wasn't expecting such a fun and interesting night at a hotel I really just booked for convenience. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome at this hotel. The hotel has car parking under the property and the person on the front desk ( apologies I can't remember her name) was very helpful in guiding us into the car park and even carried some of our luggage up to the reception area. The rooms are very comfortable and very quiet, the breakfast was fresh with many options to choose from. There was a very helpful gentleman at reception who , on several occasions, was kind enough to book a couple of restaurants for us. Even when he was very busy. The only small issue we had with our room was the temperature of the heating, it was a little too warm for us. When I asked about this at reception I was told the the air conditioning is turned off in September and I fan would be brought up to the room. The fan never arrived, however we were compensated for this when we checked out of the hotel. Try the restaurant Beouf and Cow, it's fantastic and only a short walk from the hotel Overall the Best Western Plus Hotel Moderne is a very comfortable, quiet and centrally located hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Caen.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted! It was welcoming, friendly, efficient and clean. The rooms were plenty large and clean, and newly decorated. The breakfast was great - plenty of variety and choice, all great quality. We had dinner in the hotel for 3 nights. It was freshly cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. Stefan served us and made us very welcome. All staff were friendly and very competent. Its location was perfect for us. Easy from the port. The tram is very close for getting into Caen so you don’t need to drive. Close to the roads to visit the D-day beaches and other historic sites. We had no complaints and would return

Accueil courtois, belle table nous prenons deux coupes pour commencer. Après une courte réflexion, nous optons pour le.menu dégustation : une symphonie de saveurs entre mer et terre accompagnée d'accord mets vins parfait. Une très belle adresse ou nous reviendrons des notre prochain passage sur Caen.

The room had a comfortable bed and was carpeted. The only drawback was that the windows don’t open at all and the air conditioning was noisy. The breakfast buffet was excellent and above average for ibis styles. The hotel is very conveniently located for the station if you use the back entrance to the station. There wasn’t a great choice of restaurant s in the immediate area on a Sunday afternoon although there was a cafe with delicious hot chocolates and cakes etc nearby. It is not too far from the town centre for a greater choice of eateries. The receptionist was very helpful
