酒店位置好，房間大，乾淨衛生；去景點、吃飯購物都很方便，也可以自己做飯，樓下就有超市，設備齊全，餐具烤箱洗衣機等～還有手電，晚上到山頂看夜景很需要

My friend and I had a fantastic overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by reception staff, offered a choice of floors where they had availability, we chose the ground floor. After check in was complete we were given a little ‘winter warmer’ package which contained a lovely little welcome note, candy cane sweets, hot chocolate sachets and packets of tiny marshmallows 😊. We found out the following day that they were the new managers idea and that she had had her children filling the bags for guests, this small personal touch for a chain hotel was so lovely and helped add to our enjoyment. All the staff we met were friendly, professional and a credit to the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable with a well thought out design, lots of sockets, complimentary toiletries, overlapping curtains that actually blocked out the entire window which meant we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice with a totally separate toasting section with gluten free bread if required. The hotel itself is a 15 minute walk to the city centre/train station but no hills to negotiate so absolutely fine to walk to with wheeled suitcases (car park available too). All in all it was a great place to stay for those want to explore Bath, I’d definitely recommend and would absolutely book again.

We booked directly, in January, with the hotel taking up an offer for our March stay. This is a 5 star hotel and we upgraded our room a few days before arrival. The room was lovely with a comfortable 4 poster bed and all facilities as expected. Breakfast was not as we had expected for a 5 star hotel. We had to choose a time to eat, did the earlier people have all the yoghurt? By the time (8.45) we arrived we were scraping the bottom of the deep jar and our cooked breakfast was a meagre portion. The potato cake was very thin, like cardboard, a single thin rasher of bacon and a slice of mushroom. Thank goodness I asked for a grilled tomato! We had to ask for toast that 1st morning. The coffee pot was barely enough for one, we had to ask for more! We had booked to eat in the Vellore Restaurant for my birthday but decided to cancel this, as seemed expensive and breakfast had put us off! So we chose to eat from the bar menu instead, taking the meal in the lounge. Unfortunately the room was pretty cold, we heard other guests complaining about this. Guests can ask for fresh milk to go with the complimentary tea and coffee, but be aware a tiny jug of milk is £6. However the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the hotel is well situated for the town.

Antes dormimos en Lucknam Park y después en Harwell house. De cv la misma R&Chateaux. Son otra división. Otro nivel. No solo del paisaje y el valor del edificio. El hotel Bath Priory necesita mantenimiento, remodelaciones, instalaciones (mi habitación tenía un “pingüino “portátil ruidoso asomando a la ventana). No quería hacer mucho daño, pero dudé en poner un 3. El baño no estaba del todo limpio (tengo fotos).La recepción es penosa. La cena en el restaurante y el desayuno muy buenos (siempre tardan mucho entre plato y plato pero eso es típico de intentar ser michelin). La piscina separada del hotel y el spa muy poco apetecible. Necesita urgente una reforma

臨時改行程，火急火燎下預定了這間酒店，離市區大概人民幣100塊左右的的士費用．到酒店是出乎我意料之外的好，酒店很有歷史味道的－个建築．有點大戶人家的莊園別墅的感覺．有家的溫馨氣氛．餐廳我們是到前台再同他們預定然後告訴我們八點鐘才可入席，味道不錯👍

位置雖偏離市中心但環境清幽，室內佈置雅緻潔净。房間雖小但窗明几淨景窗外景色優美。早餐豐富，可選款式多味道不錯。推薦！
