Asrama di Athens

Very friendly staff. Hostel is nice and clean and cleaned daily. Close to shops bars and attractions. Nice view of the Acropolis from the rooftop lounge.

2Fの部屋は部屋に鍵付き、ベットにカーテン付き、シャワーも充分な数があったが、6Fの部屋は鍵無し、カーテン無し、シャワーも1つと階に寄って内容が変わってくる。ルーフトップからの眺めはとても良く、また中庭もあり共有スペースが充実している。エレベーターがあるので階の移動は快適。荷物を預かってくれるロッカーあり。キッチンは最低限の物があった。アテネ駅まで徒歩7-8分位で鉄道を使うには良いロケーション。

Stayed in a 6 bed hostel room. Bunk was comfortable. Nice large lock boxes. Good lighting and electric outlets with each bunk. Good curtains for privacy and lighting. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Nice cafe on street level. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen on 1st floor was nice and coffee and tea were available. Great location in a Athens. Right where you want to be for quick access to attractions, transportation, restaurants and nightlife. Yes staying in a shared room can get noisy when people come in after a night out, but that’s hostel life. In any case bed was comfortable and I slept well. Would stay there again.

The private 4-person room was clean and had a small balcony. However for 4 people it's a way too small. There is no wardrobe to put the stuff and in the bathroom there were only 2 hooks for towels. The breakfast you can't call a breakfast. There was only milk, yogurt, and some cereals, but no clean bowls or plates if the personal didn't clean it on time. Beside that there was some toast bread, marmelade, coffee and tea if you came early. No cheese, no butter, no fruits or veggies. The hotel was extremely loud, because of the motorcycles outside the whole night and because of people coming or leaving (and shutting the doors super loudly) at night. The location was quite nice as there is plenty of restaurants and bars around and the personal was nice too.

I enjoyed my stay at Athens Backpackers. Both the front door and the dorm door were accessed by keypad, so I didn't have to keep track of a keycard or a key. The dorm code was 12 digits, impossible for me to memorize. The included cold breakfast was varied and satisfying. The bar was a nice touch. My compliments center on the dorm itself. The lockers were large and held luggage, not all of them had shelves, so we were constantly digging through our bags for what we needed. The only hook was on the back of the bathroom door. No where to hang your wet towel to dry. The only mirror in the dorm was in the bathroom. If they added 1 or 2 hooks for each bed, some shelves or table to set things and an extra mirror in the room, I would give a solid 5 star rating.

We stayed in Athens for one night before island hopping and Safestay was great! The room was nice and clean and in a great location. It had a rooftop bar with a view of the acropolis and they gave us a free welcome shot. The staff was nice and we would stay here again if we ever return to Athens!

This place is in a fantastic neighbourhood. It’s not too touristy and all the nearby restaurant and bars are full of locals with a bustling atmosphere. Staff here were super friendly and helpful. They were able to give us great recommendations and advice whenever we asked. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Bathrooms were well provisioned with toiletries. Great breakfast spread provided in the morning. Our room was next to the courtyard so I can imagine during tourist season it would be busy or noisy, but for us it was absolutely no problem.

Хостел находится в 15 минутах от метро Монастираки. Хостел предоставляет трансфер на автобусе до аэропорта, его нужно бучить за сутки. Сам хостел занимает весь подъезд до крыши. На крыше есть бар и большая терраса на все стороны здания. Убирают плохо. В хостеле грязно, в душевых никто толком не убирался, только мусор вынесут и протрут пол. Бельё постельное уже постелено, из одеяла только простынь. От кондиционера и окна дуло, укрыться нечем. Подушки очень неудобные и сырые. Спала без подушки и в толстовке в итоге. Комната была большой, но тесно заставлена кроватями. Не знаю, почему так вышло, мои соседки из сша и Австралии практически никуда не выходили и вообще целый день находились в комнате. Спали и блевали. Отчего смрад в комнате стоял невероятный от пота, духоты, блевоты. В душевой ванной всегда духота и влага, есть маленькая форточка. Ящики для вещей находятся прямо возле двери в душевую, отчего очень неудобно ими пользоваться, они далеко от кроватей. В комнате было много комаров, у меня был с собой фумигатор, это помогло. Всю ночь люди ходили туда-сюда, я практически не спала, каждый день была разбитой. Дают при заселении бесплатный шот. Цены в баре умеренные, апероль и мохито по 8 евро. Завтрак насыщенный, есть яйца и фрукты, хлеб, джем и хлопья овсяные, оплата на баре на том же этаже. Бесплатная питьевая вода на баре, удобно наполнять бутылку. В комнате находиться было неприятно, поэтому после осмотра достопримечательностей сидела в лаундж зоне, где кухня. Там же работала, вай-фай ловит хорошо. На кухне можно заказать ужин, ни разу не брала, но видела, говорят, что вкусно и удобно, никуда идти не надо. Дают в аренду полотенца. Сам район находится где-то на задворках, идти вечером очень страшно, вокруг одни стройки, заброшки, парковки и пакистано-индийские заведения. Гуляющих женщин по району вообще нет. big disappointment. I understand that for 10 euros/night I cannot expect the services of a four-star hotel, but this was a horror. no elevator, so you need good fitness to go up to the fourth floor like me. the stairs are quite steep, so you will sweat even without a suitcase, for example, when you go to the city. the walls are like paper, you can even hear the breath of the neighbor in the next room. the kitchen is terrible, dirty, the floor was sticky. no seating options only hard benches. no windows, so the pigeons calmly flew inside among the people. only a refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle were available. no glasses, plates, cutlery, nothing!!! The bathroom is also a disaster. there was no obstacle between the toilet and the shower, so everything was wet during the shower. the Russian cleaning lady was rude when I wanted a clean towel, she said I only have one towel a day. as if I was questioning her. I understand that my salary is certainly low, but a little willingness and a smile wouldn't hurt anyone. I worked as a cleaner for two years at a hotel in Ibiza, this approach is a disaster. I have been in many hostels, e.g. Japan, Mexico, Germany, Slovakia. satisfaction everywhere! this was terrible. I was also unlucky with my roommate. A woman who acted like she owned the hotel. At night, she turned the air conditioner to 16 C, so I had to sleep in a sweater and long pants. I only had a thin sheet to cover myself. She smoked on the balcony, but she left the door open, so all the smoke went inside. I tried to solve it, but she was aggressive. when I checked in at the reception, the receptionist Alex just talked. He was watching a movie on the computer the whole time and it was obvious that I was bothering him. Finally, I asked for another room where there were two men. I finally had peace! the only positive of this hostel was the proximity to the center and the receptionist Zeid - I don't know if his name is spelled like that, but he was very nice and helpful. He was young and had black hair. I was not the only one who was dissatisfied with the accommodation. I met a young lady from the Czech Republic there, who left after the first night. I recommend finding another accommodation.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la estación de subte y a solo una estación del centro. . Barrio muy tranquilo con opciones gastronómicas en cercanía y por la noche muy iluminado. Las habitaciones muy silenciosas y a pesar de ser compartidas, mucha intimidad ya que cada cama cuenta con un cortinado, luz de noche y enchufe. Cuenta con una terraza maravillosa !!!!. El desayuno con opciones variadas, saludable, todo rico y a muy buen precio. Destaco la cordialidad y solidaridad de Mariano de recepción, quien se puso a disposición para orientarme y ayudarme en como manejarme en la ciudad (transporte público, sitios turísticos de interés, etc,), ya que era mi primera vez en Atenas y no conocía nada. 'Mil Gracias Marian !!!!!!! Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme en el Hostel y por supuesto lo recomiendo. Soy Jorgelina de Córdoba, Argentina
