Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Athens

I spent my last night in the suite after staying two nights in one of the standard rooms, and I absolutely loved it. The suite is spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Every detail feels well thought out, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, there’s a cozy sofa to relax on, and everything is perfectly organized. The bathroom is large and modern, with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, toiletries, and even earplugs, which was a thoughtful touch. One of my favorite features was the private terrace with the jacuzzi and comfortable chairs. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring Athens. The view was also lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere. I also really enjoyed having a Nespresso machine with good coffee capsules for the morning. Small details like these made the stay feel even more special. If you’re considering the suite, I highly recommend it. It was stylish, comfortable, spotless, and definitely worth the experience.

Location, facilities, common area. breakfasts, hospitality, services are great. Thank especially to Ms. Katrina who tried to help me in every aspect possible, I recommend.

The location is great as we’re surrounded by restaurants and minutes’ walk to the vibrant city. We selected a room with an Acropolis view but it’s really just a tiny glimpse of the Acropolis in between buildings. The balcony was not very clean so we didn’t stay out much but the room was clean enough. Thanks for complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 for our honeymoon but too bad we don’t drink 😅 Some local desserts would be nice 😊

We stayed at mid march'26. Checked in during evening almost dinner time. Easy process. The hotel is just a traffic light away, across the train station Syngrou Fix, main road. Easy to locate. The room is clean, spacious, trendy furnish, new. We had good rest for 2 nights. Nearby there are restaurants, japanese, fast food, mini markets is short distance walk.

I booked a single room and it was larger than expected and the bathroom had a bath. I was on the 9th floor. The room had a city view which was unexpected. There was air conditioning, a kettle a fridge and plenty of space for luggage. There was no coffee available only T. So I bought my own. There was a range of shower wash and body cream. The soap was olive oil soap and very nice. The water in the fridge was not complimentary and I had to pay for it when I checked out. I didn’t book breakfast. It was quite noisy at times on Floor 9 with screaming children and young men congregating chatting and being loud. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well in it. The plug sockets were not near the bed. The pool at the top was brilliant but it was very busy. The views were spectacular and the food in the bar was very good. The staff in the bar were very kind. The hotel is very well situated near train stations but walking is much more interesting! There are some great shops and markets in the area and museums are not far away. It takes about 20 mins to walk into the centre if you enjoy your walk. I recommend junk shops on the walk to the Acropolis.

The restaurant manager was very accommodating. However, this hotel is in need of remodeling badly. Their rooms and hallways are in a bad shape.

I was impressed with this hotel for the price I paid. Very centralised, with the metro station right there. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets only steps away. The hotel itself is very comfortable. Though my room was a bit small, it’s all you need. Lots of pillows on the bed. Fluffy towels, and all the great amenities. They give you everything you need, and then some. Free water as well. The breakfast was copious. So much choices. I love the terrace. There are jacuzzis on the terrace! I also ate at the restaurant, which as very good. The staff are very friendly. The deco is cool as well. I’ll come back next time I’m in Athens.

Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach. Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful. Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return. As it was our honeymoon this was our first booking and it was almost perfect the location wasn’t ideal as it was out of the way but the hotel was very nice and it had everything we needed.

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
