必須給所有來雅典旅遊的人安利這家酒店！！！我跟先生連住7晚，訂的時候稍微有點心疼，覺得小貴，但是到了之後發現太值了！這是一家新酒店，地理位置非常好，去所有的地方步行即可，坐落在繁華的市中心。酒店房間裏的每一個東西都是有品質的，從酒具到壁紙到洗護用品。每天大堂裏換着樣的甜品台，所有的服務人員均是精緻的粧容，酒店裡的香薰非常高級，房間打掃很及時，可能一天就要好幾遍，我感覺我一離開再回來，房間就乾淨了。下一次來雅典，還要住在這裏。

My wife and I experienced a fabulous time at this remarkable establishment. The rooms are very spacious, ambient, and very tastefully decorated with beautiful art and outstanding books in English that would benefit any traveller to Athens. All the amenities were high tech and also afforded standard means, such as a key, for those who are uncomfortable opening their doors, window blinds, air conditioners with an app. The free breakfast platter menu was outstanding that also provided a la carte options for all tastes without added cost. There’s also an outstanding menu for other excellent meals that are reasonably priced. The bar is also totally stocked with all drinks. The very caring staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered anywhere in a hotel! The hotel is also very significant in its great aesthetic and historical appeal and yet fully modernized for even the most discerning of travellers. We will be back again at this very same and outstanding establishment! The location is outstanding! The Parthenon, Hadrian’s Library and both the Greek and Roman agoras are just 12-15 walking minutes away from the hotel.

辦理入住酒店真的是一個讓人難受的經歷。上午機場預約好的車接了我們，直奔酒店，10點就到了酒店，Check in 人還不算多，排隊等候之後辦理入住手續，告訴我房間沒有整理好，要下午3點之後回來才有房間，起碼折騰了一個小時，就是在電腦裏搗鼓了一下，也沒有説先分配好房間，製作給房間房卡，等我們外出回來可以直奔房間。寄存行李後外出觀光，結果下午3：40回到酒店，大堂裏都是人，排隊等候辦理入住手續。我挑了相對人比較少的一個隊排，大概前面就3～4個人左右吧，結果一排就是40分鐘，排的人煩躁，中間我過去問前台，上午已經辦理了check in手續的客人，能不能優先給辦理房卡？前台回答是排隊。好不容易排到我了，那個前台不是在接電話處理別的事情就是慢慢騰騰，又等了十幾分鍾，然後又找到了半天，找到我上午辦理入住手續簽過字的卡片，又幾乎是重新開始辦理上午入住時的程序………，我壓不住火氣，大聲抱怨她的效率低下，説為什麼就不能專門安排一個前台隊伍，協助上午已經排隊過已經辦理了入職手續的客人快速辦理房卡？難以置信他們的效率低下和程序設計的不合理，我抱怨説，等於一個上午來辦理入了住手續的客人，下午來領房卡，被迫還要再重新排一次長隊，等待很長的時間忍受他們低下的效率，才能到自己的房間裏。我憤怒的聲音驚動一個可能職位稍微高一些的人出來，替換了那個女的前台。然而，他還是至少用了至少20分鐘，（要我的信用卡擔保扣除60歐元的按金，信用卡刷來刷去就是刷不到位……），最終，整個過程折騰了一個多小時，終於拿到房卡。這家酒店從地圖上看，位置不算差，但從北往南（比如從衞城那邊）步行回來，非常的不方便，不方便過馬路，要繞很長一段路才能到。Uber也要繞路回來。早餐還算不錯，其他都算正常。在雅典，我們到衞城排隊買票到進去的排隊經歷，感受到的也是不合理的時間浪費，到酒店入住的低下的無能，深深雅典是一個效率低下拉胯的地方。

Amenities were fine, the bathroom was clean, however the stuff was arrogant and I was harassed by the housekeeping and manager after I used their Internet WiFi to send business and personal emails. I would not recommend using their WiFi if you decide to stay here, especially if the content of your emails is sensitive and confidential.

Most awesome experience in 25 years travelling the globe. Will come back in May when rooftop pool is open. Everything in this completely new hotel is impeccable. Breakfast in the rooftop terrace viewing the Acropolis. Never ending choice of fresh foods, highly professional staff, latest electronic and digital tools, very sizeable, Functional rooms, 40 TV stations, steam room, sauna and pool and gym 24/7 open, brandnew, extremely clean. Small boutique hotel with very attentive staff and outstanding view of the Acropolis from its excellent restaurant. From the get-go, we were received with a warm welcoming smile by Marisanti and Valantis. Due to early arrival, our room was being cleaned and we were directed to the top floor restaurant for coffee. Wow, what a view! We were in awe of the spectacular view of the Acropolis from the restaurant. The daily breakfast, served at the restaurant, included a quite diverse menu and the very attentive staff always provided great service. We received recommendations and advice from the front desk staff on a daily basis. Every day we were welcome back from our daily exploring with a smile. Other highlights were the cleanliness of the hotel and the balcony offering a great view of the daily Plaka crowd. Any time we had questions regarding our planned activities, every effort was made by the front desk staff to coordinate among the different shifts to follow up and provide us with the specific details or information. This special customer service gave us peace of mind and contributed to our outstanding experience during our April six-day stay.

We had two suites for a family of 5 three adults and two boys aged 15&17. The rooms were brilliant with plenty of room and were cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great start to the day with good options. The location is brilliant with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and the food is fantastic out in Athens. Also it’s a 30 minute walk to most things such a as the Acropolis, Parliament Palace and Olympic Stadium. This place is such a great base to explore the city and was a great space to relax in the downtime. There is metro stop straight from the airport and less than a 5 minute walk to the suites. Would highly recommend 👍🇬🇷
