A very clean hostel with a nice central area for eating or visiting. The patio offers fantastic views. It is quiet and secure, if not a little hard to find off the street. No worries though - other hostelers pointed us to the right door! The location is very good and restaurants are nearby. You can get a meal or groceries late at night and just around the corner. The beds were comfortable in the private room we had, and the towels were fresh. If you need a ride to the airport, make sure the staff secures it and confirms it for you in the daytime and when it is not a holiday. We couldn't take the train due to the holiday closure, and even though we had made a reservation, the confirmation was not secure, and we almost missed our flight due to a no-show. That being said, the kind lady at the front desk worked feverishly toward an alternate ride for us. We couldn't have asked for more dedication and effort. She took responsibility, and we are grateful to her for helping us make our flight. Definitely a good place to stay - better than some ”four star” hotels we stayed in!

- living area: the bunk beds look old but the room is spacious (i slept in a 8 bed room located at the basement) - toilet and shower: they have public and private (located in your room) toilets and showers. The public toilets and showers are smells abit but the private toilet and shower are great. The only ”troublesome” part is to warm the water before showering - Food: amazing breakfast option! I highly recommend their breakfast (kudos to the chef) - Events: the company is pretty wild and fun, they hosted an halloween party when i was there, pretty awesome

- Living area: 12 bed bunk room is quite small and it can be stuffy when we dry our towel and clothes within the room. - Ventilation: the aircon is good but slightly noisy. The best option is to open the window. - Shower: clean toilet and shower. Warm water is the best. We need to pay extra for towel, so bring your own towel. - Food: Breakfast option is simple (bread, bread spreads, cereal, milk, boiled egg), there is a public kitchen where you can cook your own food. Please keep it clean and tidy. - Service: One of the staff was quite rude/impatient especially when it comes to their Religion and Practices. - Hangout area: superb, there is an indoor and outdoor hangout spot, a really good place to meet backpackers and make new friends

L'hôtel était exactement comme on s'y attendait. Beaucoup de monde, spécialement des groupes d'enfants mais atmosphère bon enfant, super petit déjeuner et très bons lits !

Proche de la ville de Jérusalem, à 20min à pied de la vieille ville. Dans la chambre des femmes, je trouvait qu'il manquait un peu de place entre les capsules, difficulté à passer dans le couloir lorsque quelqu'un cherche dans ses affaires. Nombre de douche et toilette pas suffisant pour le nombre de capsule selon moi. 2 douches et 2 toilettes fonctionnelles pour au moins 40 capsules( je n'ai pas compté). Sinon capsule bien insonorisé et Hôtel propre. Je recommande
