從接待，上房，住房設施，房間服務，用餐等等。都是五星以上，最高是服務達6星，唯一缺點是房間面積較細而已。

Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily.

Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles. Service peu aimable . Chambre spacieuse . Salle de bain également .Literie moyenne et oreillers avec 4 plumes : une horreur ! Impossible de dormir car bruyant . Odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs donc dans la chambre . Fuite d'eau dans le couloir : odeurs et gêne. Piscine au - 3 conforme aux photos mais beaucoup d'enfants donc pas de sérénité dans le spa . Bref bruyant ! Aucun repos possible . Petit déjeuner copieux en self service. Mais tables mal nettoyées. Dommage .

A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

New and nice hotel. In door swimming pool. Close to the centre of the city. Very recommended.

Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.

The location was close to the old city of Jerusalem, walking distance to the Jaffa Gate. The facility itself is beautiful inside and out. The pool is exceptional and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located in the city. There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful. Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good .. Other than that everything is fine.

I was here for a few days, and it's in a central location, very clean, has great food and the staff were kind and helpful.
