AC is poisonous. I am allergic to dust, but this is dangerous for everyone! I have reported and tried to find a solution. Customer service showed no flexibility nor understanding. The ***agement is very bad and hide behind the screens and app. I say that this is oltraggioso and extremely bad. Especially for not taking care of health as priority. The dorm where I stayed (201) has a ultra dirty dusty and unhealthy AC system and the filters are very dirty and old. There is no maintenance. Breathing all day and night that air is unhealthy and made me sick. My nose was blocked and sinuses inflamed. I couldn't breathe properly. I have reported to the ***ager to get a change. They summarily cleaned the big dust, but air remains unbreathable. This will be reported to health department. Washrooms are nest of insects. It is very disgusting. Everything is quite dirty (pillow outside, tables, ecc). I don't know how people can give 5. The worst experience so far.

This is a popular place and it's easy to see why. Tastefully decorated with a colourful hippy vibe, it's a warm, inviting hostel. Its a bit tricky to find when you first arrive as it is nestled amongst the narrow labyrinth of back streets, only accessible by foot or by motorbike. The double room we had was very comfortable and had an ensuite and a little fridge which was great for keeping drinking water cool. The rooftop is a great place to mingle with other guests so solo travellers soon make friends with other guests staying there. On our first night, there was a great acoustic group playing, everyone sang ***** ( not us, it was all in Hindi!) But still we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and dispite being old enough to be everyone's parents we were made warmly welcome! They served cold beers but no other alcohol. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange our taxi to our next destination and even walked with us, carrying our bags and leading us out of the labyrinth to the taxi, for which we are very grateful.

ドミトリースペースの直前の予約でしたが、融通してもらえました。ウォーターサーバーは女性更衣室にあります。とても皆さん親切です。トイレとシャワーは清潔さはインド標準以上で、日本と変わらないと思います。近くは屋台や店も多いです。朝食バイキング良いです。警備員いるので安全性は高いです。

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel.. It was a marvelous experience. Good, clean and comfortable. Food was good and tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful guiding appropriately about the city as well. It's a beautiful venue at Varanasi cantonment. Will surely recommend others also for stay.

Undoubtely Safe and Warm Place for any Woman traveler, Rooms & Facilities are Poise for one's Basic needs. Staff & Hospitality are indeed one of the comforting and Hospitable offering. Great for people who are'nt used of Backpackings and Hostels. One of the countable experience. Glad to came across such Gem.
