Asrama di Fort Myers

I am at a loss of words when trying to describe my visit. I chose this hotel because it had high ratings and was a 2022 Choice Award winner. For starters, the room was well renovated, but the bedding had a smell, not bad just a stench. The water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower were terrible, and the phone didn't have any instructions on how to contact the front desk. So every time I had to contact the front desk I had to call the hotel number. Shower head in the shower was extremely dated and needs updated ASAP to match the renovation of the room. TV channel options was awful, too many depressing news channels and not enough movie channels. The young girl that checked us in, the gentlemen that works most 2nd shift and one morning girl were stellar in regards to being very courteous and kind and getting us what we needed. I didn't get his name but the maintenance guy was extremely rude to me and my friend when I mentioned that they should want to accommodate anyone with disabilities when it comes to an elevator. Reason being they don't have an elevator let alone a working lift. Didn't appreciate being treated like I don't know what I'm talking about. Gave us a bad taste the whole stay and I didn't even like seeing him in the morning in the lobby he was that disrespectful to us. The general look of the hotel is still from early 2000s and severely dated. The hallways don't match the rooms and the lobby could use a little more flare. The hotel breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. High carb and sugar cereals, bagels and pastries and highly processed eggs and sausage. Not a fan. My recommendations are none, if you have elderly in your family or anyone disabled go somewhere else, they will not accommodate. If I did return it would only be because of the room and the first two staff members I ever met. Never even met the GM.

We visited Fort Myers for a wedding in downtown (first timers in America from Wales, UK) and we stayed for 4 nights. The location is ideal for the price very close to everything but very reasonable prices. The hotel is a little tired but it is clean and has a lovely pool, breakfast was also super good value at 9.95 dollars, for a hot buffet. What made the hotel a great choice for us was the lovely welcoming and helpful team... I only wish I could remember everyone's name! The lovely gentleman who we first met on arrival and saw most days (Scottish/American) was super helpful and knowledgeable of the area, and his colleague (night porter) was great too, a young man (I think Duty Manager for the first 2 days) was super efficient, friendly and gave us advice on how to get around the local area, the lady with the lovely smile, glasses and brown/dark red shoulder length hair on reception was so welcoming and Debbie from breakfast really was fantastic an asset to the team, so many other staff too made our stay, who all gave a welcoming smile and hello. Other reviews say unsavory characters around the hotel etc at night, I personally wouldn't wander anywhere at night in a foreign country/town to my home, yes there were some vulnerable people on the streets at night (like most of the world), you could be in the 'poshest hotel in the world' and still be at risk, I certainly didn't feel unsafe in the hotel. This hotel is great. The only problem is you don't get breakfast if you book through this website. I think if you spend that amount of money you should get a free breakfast. Even though this is under construction remodeling, which I used to do the work is good but could be better and faster.all and all well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The Diner part has good food but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, outback, Longhorns and Dave's BBQ . MISSION BBQ AND OLIVE GARDEN.

We checked in on June 12th for our 2 year wedding anniversary! I had a prior bad experience with another Hilton Garden Inn regarding discrimination, and the manager here was able to work with us on a room rate. We arrived and were asked what floor we wanted to stay on. We were in room 626, which was a King Bed suite. The only thing I noticed was that there was no vent in the bathroom and minor signs of wear and tear. However, our room was spectacular, and our room overall was extremely clean. The Bedding was extremely comfortable. On a side note -- I wish the Hot Tub by the pool had stronger jets. I want to give a shout-out to the following Staff for their AMAZING Hospitality! Becky Jo, Taylor, Erick, and Perly! You all were amazing, and I thank you for EVERYTHING you have done for us, and for not discriminating us over our bare feet in the lobby. The hospitality shown towards us is what all hotels should do, and I applaud the staff for their exemplary Hospitality! God Bless you all and we WILL RETURN! Again, I would love to find the bedding (pillows and blankets) you guys use. That was some of the most comfortable bedding I've slept in, and got my best sleep on it! Keep up the wonderful work! P.S. What do you all use in the hallway and the rooms to make them smell so fresh? The Lobby scent was also amazing and very calming! Can you all let me know please?

Hotel yang sangat bagus! Bilik-bilik adalah sangat luas dan menampung! Bahagian atas dapur dan mesin basuh pinggan mangkuk jadi tidak perlu makan di luar jika anda tidak mahu. Ia terletak di lokasi yang strategik tepat di tengah-tengah begitu banyak kedai dan kedai utama! Berdekatan dengan pusat bandar Ft. Myers, menjadikannya percutian yang hebat!
