The hotel can use some maintenance upgrades. Has the benefit of an airport shuttle which was nice. But I did notice a few things that can use attention. The staff is always nice here; After all, with 80 degree weather in early January, there's not much to complain about in the dead of winter. The gardens are not much to admire. restaurants and entertainment in the city. In fact, one can safely walk to this place or take the shuttle from the hotel.

The Doubletree was a better stay than the Hilton. I heard mixed reviews while waiting to check in this morning. My wife and I arrived from the Margaritaville Cruise line and was very fortunate Cayt at the front desk let us check in at 11 am to get settled in for the day. David, a hack of all trades served my wife and I lunch and we thanked him for providing top notch service. The lunch was good but there should be more staff to help during busy times. This is an older hotel but so far so good!

房間還不錯有廚房但是沒有海景。4000元一晚上不太划算。這個地方不適於旅遊，短期居住可以。新冠時期2020年房價很低，但現在已經漲了一倍多了。很多老年人退休後從紐約搬過來。物價上漲不少，中國東西也很少，基本上看不到亞洲人。

The best I can say about is the location is great, all the other staff are not bad

Place looks a bit rundown from the outside. It is on a busy and noisy corner. It is right next door to a Target store, which is convenient and it is a nice Target. Rooms are dingy, but clean. The pool is the bomb! Very nice ”Old school” round pool in the center of the building; clean and sparkly. The Tiki Bar is lame, but a nice idea. Breakfast was lame, typical self-serve buffet. They did keep the area clean, so no complaints, just don't be looking for gourmet, it's just food. The one thing that was a rip-off was the shuttle to Sunfest: $45. An Uber was $15.

This is a plain hotel with no amenities that happens to be in downtown West Palm Beach. The price they charge is in no way justifiable other than location. The rooms are an architectural nightmare. The foot end of the king bed is within one foot of the wall so one person has to squeeze by to get in the bed. The closet access is 1/2 blocked by the vanity. The toilet/shower door is so huge and swings inward so that you can barely close it while in the room. The vanity and toilet/shower are basically in the bedroom. There is no way one person can use the vanity or toilet/shower without waking up other person in the room. On the positive side, there were several maintenance issues in our room and they were repaired the same day they were reported.

It was very clean quick and quiet

We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
