I had a two-night stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location. Although it is not super, super close, you can easily walk to the beach. The food options are a bit limited but also good. If you’re looking for a super busy hotel to chat and/or meet others at the bar, it’s not the place. But this Hyatt it is definitely sufficient, comfortable, clean, and ultimately satisfying.

If you’re heading to Palm Beach, this is the place to stay. First of all it’s a lovely property and from check in with Jay and the great valet staff to check out with Kiersten, you will enjoy every moment of your stay. We received a complimentary upgrade because of our Marriott Bonvoy status and the front desk staff helped us find the most memorable and fun things to do. Definitely download the Circuit app that takes you all over the area for free. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely and the eggs were spectacular. The area is kept so clean and well stocked (even had gf toast!). The gym is well equipped and stocked nicely and the pool is delightful. There is great shopping nearby at the Square and don’t miss the rooftop restaurant at renovation hardware. Definitely not just a hardware store anymore! Spruzzo was the best nightlife at their rooftop bar with amazing views and music. The front desk staff also recommended a huge farmers market just a few streets away. Don’t miss it in season. You will be so glad you stayed here. I’m definitely coming back. Thanks again to everyone who helped us.

LldjellingtonGreat hotel in a business park close to the highway and airport. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious and some have balconies facing the courtyard. Beds are comfy but could use a thicker comforter. New carpet appears to be in place throughout rooms and hallways and the amenities (pool, exercise room, laundry) are kept up nicely. The lobby has a nice lower level area - booths with TVs for enjoying a drink or snack. I was most impressed with the staff - everyone in front desk to housekeeping to Bistro was great. All very friendly and helpful, from the gentleman in the cool letterman's jacket up front to Carrlyn in the Bistro. The Bistro menu is limited and were out of a few items but was OK for cocktails or snacks. We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit sparse in choices. Pollo Tropical and Cracker Barrel are nearby for lunch/dinner options. Our stay was five days and we were completely satisfied. Good job Marriott, especially with staff.

I stayed here because of reputation, price, comfort, and location in that order. The main issue I had was that the bed was not doo comfortable., it had that dip in the center from overabundance of use and needs to be replaced. One the other hand the room was clean and comfortable. nice tv, couch, bathroom, and mini fridge. Although I didn't use the pool it was clean and looked inviting. I did see some teenage in it and they seemed to like the pool. The breakfast was awesome and a great selection of hot and cold things. You will leave stuffed after breakfast included in the price by the way. Staff was really friendly. The location is about a mile off i95 and it took about 15 minutes to get the ”The square” which is a great eatery location and shops”, and the beach is another 5 minutes from there. It about 15 min from Mar-a-largo club if that's your thing to drive by and see his mansion. Overall a good stay and I'd recommend this hotel.

JjoeydanteThis is our second visit to this property. While checking in at the front desk , employee was polite, but once again, we weren’t acknowledged as Diamond Members, nor issued our complementary bottles of water , while the other employee helping other gold or diamond Members received their water and were upgraded to a better room , we weren’t nor were we asked for an upgrade. There is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit up , the lobby, was well maintained, mostly every employee we ran into was polite. The pool area still didn’t have towels outside, you had to walk to the front desk to sign them out . The gym is a nice size to get some exercise in . The breakfast area was nice , had plenty of food to satisfy everyone, the employees were polite. The rooms were well kept . One of our rooms has a table to eat , desk to keep our electronics on . Beds were comfortable , the king size bed rooms seemed bigger, than the queen size rooms . The elevators were fast and clean . We would stay again, just hope they instruct all front end employees the importance of their top tier members.

SSteven KuhnHad a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.
