This seems to be a family-run hotel. It seems to be rhe only Trip.com identified accomodation in Yongling Zhen serving the Hetu alu historical park (great) and Qianlong Mausoleum (took a miss on due to time constraints). Thought I had been assigned a second floor suite but it was right on the first floor. Some problems locking the door but it's a secure location. Spotless stone tiles in washroom and throughout, room could be cool in winter. Very modern with washroom updates and accessories like toiletries and slippers Owner was very helpful ie. advising where to eat and when restaurants in this small town close, as well as where to catch a bus back to Fushun - (just 120 m from hotel) Very helpful for a foreigner.🙂 Owner kindly led me stow my bag while I extended my visit to Hetu Ala to see a cultural performance - which began after check-out time. A couple of small issues - I was told that the room price on trip.com is somewhat higher than locals are charged. Not a problem really. Room costs were still 60% less than hotels in cities. Also - it's promoted as a ”Business hotel” but there is really no work desk, suitable light or a chair - just a wobbly plastic stool). Modest investments might take care of this. The first day i came, i have trouble with booking procedure as the receptionist couldn’t find my name. I understand they have difficulties to read english name, so i have to wait about 20 minutes for check in. For the room and facilities are good and clean. I booked for 2 nights but they don’t provide any room cleaning and mineral water for the second day. Overall it is worth it for budget traveller , it is not far, not close too, from the subway station line 2 : yi er jiu jie station. I walked less than 10 minutes to reach the station, using Baitu Maps. Dalian is really beautiful, will come back again next year.

직원분들이 친절하셔서 좋았어요~ 1층에 공용공간이 마음에 들었어요. 다만 제가 사용한 방 전등이 고장나서 어둡게 생활해서 불편했어요. 직원분께서 미니 전구를 주셔서 그나마 다행이었어요. 제 방은 안에 화장실이 있어서 편리했지만 수압이 약해요. 공용 샤워실은 수업은 좋지만 공간이 좁아요. 불편한 점이 있긴 했지만 직원분들이 친절하시고 숙소가 잘 꾸며져 있어서 좋았어요~

The location is great, the rooms is quiet 🤫 and it’s nice to stay in a small place. Rooms are small but comfy. Free coffee from the cafe was a nice touch on arrival. I have stayed here a few and will stay again 👍The morning market around the corner is great for breakfast too. Lots of places to explore nearby 👍

Очень хорошее место для своего бюджета - достаточно близко от аэропорта, таксист привёз прямо к рекламной надписи, сам отель удобно спрятан от шумной трассы, ресепшн до 23, о чем хозяин ещё раз упомянул в сообщении, я как раз приехала в 22:25)) Комната на 4 человек,зато есть кондиционер, ванная и туалет были на этаже, только воды в душе после 23 часов не было, поэтому ставлю 4. Утром позавтракала на улице рядом, там есть всё необходимое, нашла фрукты по сезону на улице и небольшой уютный парк, где местные жители весело проводят время)) Сам хозяин очень любезный, помог вызвать такси утром) даже пытается говорить по-русски немного, учил язык когда-то, но лучше по-китайски)

A small and humble hostel. There is a paid washing machine (7-8 yuan) and areas to hang the laundry, though the wind is so strong it’ll probably drop to the ground soon after. Wifi is available as well. Note that toilets are standing. I recommend bringing your own shower toiletries; while it provides shampoo and shower gel, there it is diluted and a weird smell comes out of them. Officially a non smoking policy but some guests disregard the policy.

I chose to stay here because it was cheap and close to the old city area. The room itself couldn’t be locked if I left. The owner of the hotel was often not at the desk either. The bed and sheets were OK, but the carpeted floor was very dirty. The room and the public spaces also had a strong smell of cigarettes. There was also no toilet paper.

The hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.

位置:非常便利 感覺去哪都近 打車均價10-15元 也可能是因為大連小的原因? 旁邊就是星海公園 東西一放就看到海 非常好 服務:管家人很好 店裡的小貓小狗都超級好擼 小貓很乖 小狗很熱情 管家很健談 住宿: 在住過的青旅中住宿條件是屬於正常掛的 價格便宜所以沒有配套（但建議這類 性價比才是王道） 氛圍 : 非常青旅風 注意 : 青旅多人間遇到人看運氣 睡眠質量很不好的不建議哦~
