鄰近墾丁大街，價格優惠實在，好停車，也有專屬停車場。
走路30秒即可到墾丁大街～非常的近
房間整體乾淨舒適
浴室有乾濕分離，不過淋浴間稍微小一點
床頭就有充電孔很方便
不曉得是不是床板比較舊翻身容易有聲音
不過床是很好睡的，隔音也蠻好

我們經常拜訪嘉義，也住過很多旅宿，122的地點絕佳，還能先預約停車位，房間乾淨，即使沒有人服務，仍感覺舒適，自助入住方便，10分推薦。
本次入住四人房唯一的缺點是離路邊太近，入睡時容易聽到車聲，如果介意的人，記得帶上耳塞，就可以輕易解決。
我們這一次還使用了，地下室的自動麻將機，一家人同樂，孩子們很滿意，還說了下次可以來包棟。

這邊是墾丁大街旁邊最清幽的地方，小路內車子開進去一下就到了，有一個大浴缸，浴室水量也非常足夠，小小的缺點是照明的部分有點不夠亮，其他部分都很好。

小さな子ども連れで初めての台湾旅行だったので、みんなで家で過ごすように泊まれる場所だと思い、利用しました。
オーナーさんがこまめに丁寧な連絡をくださり、何が困り事があっても迅速な対応をしてくれて素晴らしかったです。
立地がとても良く、台北101や夜市が徒歩圏内で、すぐ隣にはコンビニがあり、近くに飲食店もあり便利でした。
洗濯乾燥機やWi-Fiが無料で使える点や、アメニティが充実している点も良かったです。冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・オーブントースター・ウォーターサーバー・ポット・ドライヤー・アイロンなど電化製品も充実していました。
部屋は複数あり、管理がしっかりされているようで綺麗でしたしたが、部屋の構造なのか窓があるベッドルームでは外の音がよく聞こえました。
トイレとシャワーは2つずつありましたが、1畳くらいのスペースで同じ空間にあるため、シャワーを使うとトイレの床部分まで濡れてしまうのと、脱衣所がありませんでした。
清潔に保たれてるのはわかりましたが、シャワーの設備はかなり古さを感じ、少し戸惑いました。綺麗好きの人には少しハードルが高いかもしれません。
オーナーさんの人柄の良さもあり、トータルではほぼ満点です。ありがとうございました。

離花蓮火車站很近，房間門跟大門都是使用密碼鎖，非常方便，對內的隔音稍微不好一點，對外還可以，不過因為靠近花蓮機場，還是會有蠻多飛機起降的聲音

經濟實惠，房間乾淨，整體明亮。可惜我的房型沒辦法看到漁港。不然一定更美，離佳樂水風景區跟衝浪點很近，非常推薦。
周邊吃的東西比較少，但一樓有個小的交誼廳，看到海尼根開心一下，原來梅酒哈哈哈哈。非常好的體驗，就是停車會有點怕怕的，但我停對面廟的停車場，感覺還行。

MmongolismThe location is excellent, right next to a commercial area and night market. The room is very spacious, like a small apartment, fully equipped, and even comes with a scale. The room doors and windows are very thick, providing excellent sound insulation. I wasn't disturbed at all during my two-night stay.
The hotel provides a detailed 'manual' covering the hotel itself, transportation, services, rooms, restaurants, and safety, which is a big plus.
The breakfast is fantastic, especially with staff offering freshly squeezed juice. Every morning, guests ordered apple juice, which was incredibly fresh, sweet, and rich. Outside of breakfast hours, the restaurant still offers complimentary coffee and snacks. There's a free washer and dryer on the second floor, which is better than many more upscale hotels that charge for this service.
Areas for improvement:
The hot water for the bathtub was strong and quick, but the hot water from the faucet took a long time to warm up. The reason for this is unclear.
The lights from some of the ceiling fixtures in the room were too bright, and some even flickered, which could significantly affect guests sensitive to light during sleep.
The main entrance is not automatic and there's no doorman. It's quite difficult for guests to open the heavy door with luggage in one hand. I suggest replacing it with an automatic sliding door.

GGuest UserThis was our first trip to Taiwan with small children, so we chose this place hoping it would feel like staying at home. The owner was wonderful, providing prompt and thoughtful communication and quickly addressing any issues we had.
The location was excellent – Taipei 101 and a night market were within walking distance, there was a convenience store right next door, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. We also appreciated the free use of the washer/dryer and Wi-Fi, as well as the comprehensive amenities. The room was well-equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, water dispenser, kettle, hairdryer, and iron. There were multiple rooms, and they were clean and well-maintained. However, due to the room's structure, external noise was quite audible in the bedroom with a window.
While there were two toilets and two showers, they were in a combined space of about one tatami mat. This meant that the toilet floor would get wet when using the shower, and there was no changing area. Although it was clear the place was kept clean, the shower facilities felt quite old, which was a bit surprising. It might be a minor hurdle for those who are very particular about cleanliness.
Overall, thanks to the owner's wonderful personality, it was almost a perfect stay. Thank you!

The accommodation is near Taipei main station, near Taoyuan Airport MRT.

The whole floor house is its own space, no need to share the living room with strangers, not afraid of being disturbed, whether it is family travel, friends gathering, or many people traveling, can live comfortably and relax.
The most surprising thing is that there are four big rooms!
Everyone can have their own rest space, no need to squeeze in a small room. Plus two toilets, there is no need to queue in the morning, it is really too convenient for many people to stay.
The location is almost impeccable. Downstairs is a convenient supermarket,
Going out is the most essence of Taipei, close to Taipei 101, you can go shopping, cafes, gourmet restaurants during the day, and take a walk to see the night view at night. The nearby night market is also very close, you can eat Taiwan's most authentic snacks at any time, from salted chicken to pearl milk tea, late at night hungry is not a problem.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was clean, and there was a sense of peace of mind. Plus the friendly service, you can quickly assist if you have any problems, so that the whole accommodation experience is more divided.
The point is that such space, location and quality, the price is actually very economical.
It's really not easy to find this CP value in downtown Taipei.
