GGuest UserLocation: Take the stairs down to the right after exiting Exit C of Yan'an 3rd Road on Qingdao Metro Line 3, follow the signs into the building, and take the elevator directly to the fourth floor.
Environment: I heard they had just renovated and opened not long ago, so the facilities look very new, clean, and well-equipped. I stayed in a female dormitory with four bunk beds. Each bunk had a thick blackout curtain, its own small light, a charging outlet, an individual small locker that could be secured with an electronic lock, and a large bath towel. There were also about 4 hangers. After May Day, the price was very reasonable, only around 70 RMB per night. This was my third city in Shandong, and it was much cleaner than the express hotels I'd stayed in before, which cost around 300 RMB! 😅
Check-in: Check-in starts after 2:00 PM. You can store your luggage for free for eight hours, so you can go out and explore and come back later in the evening. Check-out is before 12:00 PM, I believe. They provide free indoor slippers, which are not disposable but rather reusable plastic ones, possibly centrally sanitized. The female shower rooms are wet/dry separated, and all are private cubicles, which is very convenient. Free shampoo and body wash are provided. You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. The hair dryers are like Dyson ones, with strong airflow. They also offer free cotton pads, shower caps, and cotton swabs. The toilets are all smart-sensor, but they provide disposable seat covers, disinfecting alcohol, and free toilet paper.
