They kept me at the checking for almost an hour without any reason. For most of the times I was ignored, when I was asking what's going on I've heard only silence, just sometimes they said 'just one second, sir'. They were doing other clients request and keeping me on the side. Finally I stopped asking and forced them to give me a room, my women was very frustrated at that time. There were two receptionist, a boy named Amir, who didn't know anything and looked like he is lost and a women, Jenny, very grumpy, who never smiled and who was supposedly make my checking possible, but she was actually doing everything else but that. Throughout the whole stay other receptionist were very nice, always smiling and saying at least 'good morning', but not Amir and Jenny, they looked at me like I'm not welcome. Besides that everything else was very nice but these two made my holidays less pleasure. And that's why I don't recommend this hotel, you can find something with much better service.

The place is clean and all the staff are accomodating. the mall is really near and sceneries are awesome. The only one thing that i am concerned is regarding to the security deposit that was mentioned from the reception saying that it will return back after 2-3 days but sadly when i called the bank, It will take 10 days.. please give the proper information correctly as I was expecting that it will return back on time.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family i would definitely recommend this hotel i would say it is 10/10 no fault always happy to help room was very clean spacious and comfortable breakfast was very nice loads of variety to offer its guests also the swimming pool and other facilities were very nice and clean overall very happy would definitely come back for any future trips.

It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family. Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.

Nice location for themepark lover. Hotel need a bit maintainace such as bathtub. Hotel provide shampoo, body wash and toothbrush. No shower cap!!

الفندق ممتاز ويستاهل التجربه وبالاخص موظف الاستقبال بايو خدمني بشكل سريع . The pool for the kids was amazing and the kids club round the hotel up as the best in AUH. Once again Bayo was over and above to make us happy
