Location was slightly off the grid, but still giving it a 4stars for location because the view there is to die for. By the time we arrived around mid oct, already 30-40% of the autumn leaves were yellow/red. Could imagine the view being much more amazing when 100% of it turns yellow/red. Room was clean, service was great. The in-room hot spring spa was already great, but the outdoor ones were even better. Nothing beats a hot spa in freezing weather. If you're not local/doesn't have your own transport it might be a bit of a inconvenience, but the hotel service/staff definitely helped by bringing us to the nearest scenic spot. Will definitely recommend this place.

Отель не новый, но в ухоженном состоянии, ландшафтный дизайн - выше всех похвал! Добирались до конечной станции на метро, потом на такси Didi Alipay, туда вышло 14, обратно 18 ю. Брали сасый простой номер с 1большой кроватью,она на вид 2 на 2 метра. Были в ноябре. Во всем отеле тепло. Отдельно зона с большими крытыми бассейнами и горками для детей лет 3. Сам онсен делится на 3 равные части: одна общая и две чисто М и Ж, там ходят без купальников. В общей зоне 2 уличных онсэна и большой бассейн с подогревом. В женской части ландшафт и ванны поприкольнее на улице, чем в общей зоне. Люди наплывами были. То дети орали, плескались. То тишина и покой. Закрывается в 21.00, вот вечером мы прям одни были. Для осени идеальное место! Воздух прохладный, сидишь в ванне при луне, чисто кайф!!! Есть еще отдельно ванны для ног на улице. Там тоже оооочень атмосферно. Сходили меню посмотрели, сложные блюда в соусах, морепродукты, цены высокие, но и есть такое не захотелось. Завтрак красиво выставлен, но довольно простой, без изысков, у нас в Ibis было все то же самое. В целом остались рчень довольны! Можно заезжать на 2-3 дня прям почилить, если бы с едой попроще было или доставку освоить. Заплатили за ночь 12400 р, были с ребенком 10 лет, но он невысокий, никаких доплат не было. В общем для холодного времени года отличный опыт!!! Советуем.

大連到瀋陽自駕，中途開車太累在蓋州停一晚找個温泉帶孩子玩一下選擇了這裏，整體感覺挺一般的。需要提醒一下想來的朋友，温泉不是多次進入的，住一晚衹能選擇入住當天進或者第二天進。由於我們當天到的挺晚就沒有進，第二天12點退房所以第二天玩的時間也不是很久。室外泳池拍照挺好看的，但是由於下雨就玩了一下，室內温泉池挺多的。三樓有淘氣堡和小童樂園都沒有開。
設施：可能因為年頭比較老了，屋裡挺舊的。住的是二號樓，不知道是不是療養院或者醫院改的，房頂上還有醫院那種窗簾滑道。可能也因為不是主樓，洗澡水要放20多分鐘才會徹底熱起來，挺浪費時間也浪費水。
衞生：衞生中規中矩，沒有什麼頭髮或者別的客人遺留物，但是角落裡也有挺多灰團，還有2隻錢串子。
服務：整體還可以的，見到旅客都打招呼，有需要也有響應。

頭去定別墅區親子的，從別墅去到大樓要走一小段，考慮來回穿脱衣服麻煩就更換了閲水榻榻米雙床房，這樣就可以在樓裏來回穿梭，不用考慮給他脱脱穿穿的問題。

負一遊泳館 健身房（温度是温水，但沒有孩子戲水區域）
1樓洗浴區域和室外温泉（孩爸去了，我跟派派就是洗浴去淺洗了一下，水温可以，但是離開水還是會涼一些，在裏面最好給孩子穿好衣服）
2樓小動物 汗蒸房 淘氣堡 影視廳 休息區域
3樓餐廳（晚上21:00開始小麪，粥，雞蛋）

房間沒問題，但是我們叫了兩人搓澡➕奶浴，本來和前台定好了是來一個技師，我們一個人接一個人搓，可是來了兩個技師，要給我們同時搓，但是搓澡間的床衹有一個，他們好幾個人又從別的房間搬床過來，又不換鞋，折騰半天，好不容易搓澡間攢的熱乎氣全沒了，床又冰涼，搓的時候凍死了，而且還是幹搓，床也沒有加熱，真的太冷了，技師的手也不熱乎，花了大幾百一點也不享受，反而是遭罪。大家冬天來的時候要慎重選擇搓澡spa這個服務，他們的技師不是自己的，是從另外一家調過來的，反正體驗不好。另外有個浴室剛開始洗，地漏就堵了，雖然師傅很快上門維修，但是有個男人來就是不方便，總之細節還要加強，要不對不起你家2000多的價格。

衞生：很乾凈，泡澡前酒店可以幫助清潔，酒店用品也都很乾凈。
環境：乾淨整潔，室內有閲讀區，有娛樂活動區，小朋友可以預約參加陶藝、體能、喂卡皮吧啦；室外有小朋友遊樂場，還有一片小山能逛，夏天應該還有尋寶活動和室外戲水啥的，應該更有意思。
服務：經理人很好服務周到，服務人員也很有禮貌，需求都能及時滿足，整體來説很滿意。
他家早餐和深夜食堂餐食品質都很高，都是免費的，但是午餐的話需要自己消費，價格還行，就是品類不太豐富，簡餐為主。入住有歡迎果盤和零食，續住每天也都會給續，礦泉水隨用隨取。

Enjoying a hot spring under the starry sky at night was incredibly romantic. The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped, and the bed was so comfortable I slept soundly all night. The staff were warm and attentive, especially our butler, Xiao Hui, who patiently answered all our questions – so thoughtful and kind. The hotel also provided dinner vouchers, hot spring tickets, and fish therapy vouchers, making it fantastic value for money! I'll definitely be back!

KKoshkina AnastasiiaThe hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, and the landscaping is beyond reproach! We took the metro to the final station, then a Didi/Alipay taxi. It was 14:00 there and 18:00 back. We booked a very basic room with one large bed, which looked like it was 2 by 2 meters. We stayed in November. The whole hotel was warm. There's a separate area with large indoor pools and slides for children aged 3 or older. The onsen itself is divided into three equal parts: one common area and two specifically for men and women, where swimsuits are not allowed. The common area has two outdoor onsen and a large heated pool. The women's area has a more fun outdoor landscape and baths than the common area. There were always crowds of people there. Sometimes it was children screaming and splashing around. Sometimes it was just peace and quiet. It closes at 9:00 PM, so we were practically alone in the evening. It's a perfect place for autumn! The air is cool, and sitting in the bath by the moonlight is pure bliss!!! There are also separate foot baths outside. They also have a really great atmosphere. We looked at the menu; the dishes were complex, with lots of sauces and seafood. The prices were high, but we didn't feel like eating them. The breakfast was beautifully presented, but rather basic, nothing special. We had the same at the Ibis. Overall, we were very pleased! You could stay for 2-3 days and really chill out, if only the food was more basic or we could get the hang of delivery. We paid 12,400 rubles per night; we were with a 10-year-old child, but he's not very expensive, so there were no extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience for the cold season! We recommend it.

QQimiaodedengtaThe purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life.
**Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.)
**First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.)
Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once:
* **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite.
* **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that.
* **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway!
* **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation.
* **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down.
* **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling.
**A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

Hhrk0410I visited with my children for a hot spring trip. It was very cold outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt incredibly warm.
Ms. LIA was truly wonderful. She arranged a comfortable, child-friendly room for us and promptly delivered all the necessities we requested.
Since it was our first time here and we weren't familiar with the area, she also recommended some fantastic restaurants near Gastein, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
The hot springs were so relaxing and warming, and the breakfast was excellent too.
This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

GGuest UserTraveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor.
The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour.
The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful.
The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

It even has a hot spring, so you can enjoy a soak in your room without having to go out – super convenient! Staff clean the rooms daily; I happened to walk by and saw them cleaning even the bottom of the hot spring tub, which shows great dedication. What I liked most was the hotel's breakfast. While it wasn't a buffet, it was thoughtfully prepared every day.

SshinsealDuring the Spring Festival, I chose to stay at Yudian. The experience was perfect and I must give it a five-star rating!
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was responsive and meticulous, making the New Year away from home feel warm.
The hotel facilities are even better. The room is warm and elegant, clean and tidy. The hot spring pool has clear water and a suitable temperature. Take a dip in the cold winter and your fatigue will disappear. The villa environment is quiet and beautiful, and the surrounding scenery is pleasant. And the supporting facilities are complete, whether it is leisure or entertainment, it can meet the needs.

Facilities: The hardware of a five-star hotel, the overall Japanese-style villa is decorated in Japanese style, and all first-line brands are used, many of which are Panasonic, which is very good. The hair dryers are all Dyson. There are floor heating and central air conditioning.
Hygiene: This must be said in detail. We went there with our baby and were very concerned about hygiene. Before booking, I found out that although this is a homestay, there are only 100 Class A homestays in the country, only one in Dalian, and only two in Liaoning, so hygiene has strict standards. All the linens of this homestay hot spring villa are sent to the Hilton Golden Stone Beach for centralized cleaning, and even the cleaning records of every bed sheet and bath towel can be checked. This is very important for families with children who pay attention to hygiene.
Environment: The environment is very good. Outside is the Japanese-style street of Jinshi Wanxiang, which is very good to visit. If you drive, you can't visit all the attractions in the surrounding Golden Stone Beach in two days. It's a stay of 2-3 days.
Service: After booking, the butler added WeChat. The service was meticulous. We brought our baby to check in, and specially arranged a large bed fence, which is not provided by most hotels.
