Ulasan Helnan Dream Hotel and Conference Center

酒店房間大寬敞 有的房間重新裝修過 不錯 但是頭兩二天我們住的房間很舊 The rooms were very different. some are newly renovated, some are older. we stayed in the older room first, was not very comfortable, we later changing to the newer room which was much better. the breakfast was good.

環境很好，設施看起來有年頭了，但是有風味那種，掛畫好多是當地畫家創作的油畫，不是打印圖片。夜裡不忙的時候經理會繞有興致的為大家彈幾曲埃及風的鋼琴曲，能感覺出埃及是個有積澱的國家。奮鬥之餘，不少清雅，淡泊無爭，這就是埃及和他的人民吧

環境優美，適合差旅

سئ جدآ ممل جدا لا يوجد به اي انشطه موظفة الاستقبال سيئه سألناها هل سخان البسين شغال قالت لا وفي آخر يوم عرفنا أنها كانت شغاله 🙄 محدش جه نظف الغرفه وعاملة الدور قالت محدش بلغها من الاستقبال أن الغرفه فيها حد نظافه عامه مقبول الاكل جيد الشيف وعاملين المطعم محترمين ودول كانوا افضل مافي التجربه مستوي الفندق لا يتعدي ال٣ نجوم لا انصح اي حد بيه

I wouldn’t have chosen to stay in this hotel ! The only reason we stayed because this was chosen by our tour company. The hotel is out of no where , there is nothing nearby. This is at best a 3 star hotel and I’m being generous here :) There are lot of issues - Very poor soundproofing , we were woken up a couple of times due to the neighbouring room noises ! Shower head doesn’t work properly Washroom basin has drainage issues The list goes on and on

Geographically the hotel is located at a proximity from the Pyramids, the theme park "Dream Park" and Mall of Egypt. We stayed for 4 nights and first night we were happy with the hotel, room ambience etc. On the 2nd day when we came back to the hotel we noticed that the Air condition was not working and we called maintenance. The guy who came tried to fix it and after about 30 mins we were told he cannot fix it that day and will have to return the following day. He said he could get our room changed. As we had a long day and had an early wake-up call we said we will manage for that night as the thought of packing/moving was not ideal and was hoping it will be fixed. Following day we informed the reception before we went out and even got our travel agent to do the same. Sadly when we returned after a long day AC had not been fixed and there was no message to inform us that. However there were dust all over and not-closed panels on the ceiling instead. There was no messages to say they could not fix the AC too. So we called the reception however they kept the phone and did not even return the call in case they did not hear us. I went to the reception and informed as the guy on duty who told me it was fixed!!! I told him I will not come down from 4th floor if it was fixed. He then checked something on the system (and surely saw some remark) and so said they will change our room and he will send someone to assist us. I went back while a guy came in 2 mins! Obviously we wanted more time. So we asked him to stay for 10 mins or come back after 10 mins. He opted for the 2nd option. However after 20 mins as no one came we called the reception and reception answered the phone by saying "my colleague will come now". So it was obvious they can see our room number and knew why we were calling and it was also obvious our call earlier was cut deliberately. Luckily the room was in the same floor (4th floor) however we were given twin sharing beds instead of a double bed, which we had in the original room. Also the room was generally smaller, while the bathroom was not at all to the standard of the initial room we had. There were empty shampoo bottles etc. As it was quite late and as we were tired we did not press the matter after that. The hotel didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to us for not being able to give us a double bed! Similarly the hotel did not think to inform us or the travel agent that they could not fix the AC and that they would like to change our room until we went down to the reception! Lacked empathy and common courtesy BIG TIME and we were really disappointed.

Spacious rooms, good for a family of four with extra bed. Excellent staff. Good buffet breakfast & dinner, Huge swimming Pool & Gym. Pyramids are about 20 mins away. We were given 6 hours of late check out at 30 US$ Only downside is too far from Airport & away from all attractions in Cairo(More than an hour ride from Airport )

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the pyramids as part of a tour , Hotel and room was clean and comfortable beds , nice outdoor pool and hookah area , Very good dinner and breakfast buffet as well , Found the staff very friendly and attentive

Well this isn’t a bad hotel, to be fair, it was a really high class hotel in a great location my problem was the staff. Who must have thought it was funny the way I walk now because my key card was ‘ suspiciously’ turned off’ every single night during my stay. What doesn’t exactly sound to bad but I suffer from bad leg from a injury I had a few years ago.so I won’t be staying here again although I’ll probably be returning to Egypt because everything is so cheap

We checked into a room which didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in weeks. There were clumps of dust, as well as clumps of other people’s hair, all over the floor. The front desk staff did try to help, but the cleaners don’t seem like they’ve been trained in cleaning at all - a cleaner was sent up to our room who half-heartedly swept the floor for five minutes, which obviously still left a gross room. Eventually we just asked for a vacuum cleaner so we could do it ourselves. The seats by the pool were all covered in bird faeces - both the cushions/covers and the wooden chairs underneath. Generally just a gross experience. I wouldn’t recommend you stay here unless you don’t mind stepping on clumps of other people’s hair in your room. The food was nice. And to be fair, the staff did try to be helpful.

Helnan Dream hotel is a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the bath rooms very clean. The hotel is well located for the visit of the pyramids. The breakfast buffet could be improved in regards to quality.

This was the most amazing hotel I ever went to the breakfast is super delicious the pool is amazingly big it's clean and beautiful it's not my first time here but I love it every time come see it now

We stayed at Helnan Dreams for two nights while visiting Cairo. The hotel was booked for us by our tour company. We were a bit worried after reading some recent one star reviews, but we found Helnan Dreams to be a pleasant stay. Check in was easy, the rooms were spacious, and wifi worked great. The buffet had a good variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not notice any issues with cleanliness which were mentioned in previous reviews. We are rating Helnan Dreams four stars simply because of the location. While the isolation provides a lot of quiet, you are very far from the city (a 30-40 minute Uber drive) and trapped to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. If you are coming to Cairo to explore, we would recommend booking something much closer to the city center to save time and be more efficient with your touring.
