Our stay at Panglao Homes Resort and Villas was very enjoyable. The location is relatively convenient, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy centre of Alona Beach. You can easily walk to Alona Beach (more than 1km away). The staff was very helpful, calling around to find a doctor when I had an allergic reaction. We rented a scooter from Panglao Homes which was very convenient to get around Panglao and Bohol Island. You should ask staff to book a boat trip for you, as we paid more for a very crowded and frustrating boat trip from locals at Alona Beach (tourist trap alert!). Staff can help you to get a private boat tour for cheaper. Most afternoons and evenings, we had the swimming pool to ourselves. Our room was simple, but had all the necessary things. Wifi was not great and we struggled to find the correct setting for the hot water in the shower. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Panglao Homes Resort and Villas and will come again!

入住第一天 被告知沒準備房間 臨時從家庭房換成了兩個房間 其中一個房間空調還是壞的 第二天又在未經任何通知的情況下把這兩個房間給了韓國人強行替我們把東西行李搬到一個家庭房內 混淆視聽 説他們的clean room就是change room 欺負我們不懂英語嗎？ 另外就是房間內沒信號 出門三步才有 問他們無線密碼 每一個人能輸入對 三天連續沒網絡但是服務員們個個都連着無線 住不住這地方各位自行體會，攜程白金多年來第一條差評

But you book with your friend or family member at the same time but separately 1x Deluxe Family Room which the system accepted anyhow. We didnt cancel your over booking since we had at that time 2x Deluxe Double room which we gave you for the first night for free. Our friendly staff explained you every thing and you understand that you need to transfer for further stay your room to the Deluxe Family room. But next day you make a tour and come back at around 4pm instead 11am . The check out time is 12am and the rooms needed to clean for the new arrival but you been not there, so our friendly staff transfer your luggage’s to your Deluxe Family room. What is wrong on that ? Furthermore all the aircon in your rooms are working very well and of course will doesnt work if your room isn’t occupied. Regarding internet connection; we are also depend on the internet provider since we dont have our own satellite in the sky. Sometimes the speed going down which is normal since we are one of the 7200 island of Philippines. 99 % of our valued guests understand and value their stay with us very well but 1% not. Regards. Пришлось побывать в нескольких отелях, это. Был самым лучшим, персонал прекрасный, расположение хорошее, на тук туке все рядом (нет смысла искать отель на пляже Алона, пляж до ужаса многолюдный…) Территория ухоженная и чистый бассейн!👌 однозначно рекомендую!
