I arrived in the afternoon really exhausted, but the staff at the counter was very accommodating. The room interior is well lit and cozy too. Also the distance from the train station is around 200 meters, making it great for travelers looking for a quick night stay.

Upon arrival you have to pay at the automat/machine at the reception to check in. Name and all numbers on your credit card is visible to everyone including the security code!!! (which is usually hídden by ***). It is very hard to hide the credit card info for others to view. As there were others upon my arival at the reception, I wanted to check in manually by the reception. This was not possible, I had to use the machine. Everyone with a smart phone could therfore zoom in and take a picture of all my credit card info and abuse it. So, do to lack of security, I will not use the hotel again and neither can I recommend it. The rooms are big and newly renovated. The price is fair but the breakfast is expensive and poor (I got a much better breakfast - and cheaper - at a brand new hotel in Cph). And by the way, you have to wait a lot for the elevators....

Mixed experiences staying here. Staff was super friendly and helpful, location is nice and central and cleanliness was fine. However, info on website on opening times, additional fees and breakfast availability was NOT accurate, which altered my stay quite significantly. The pics on the website of the shared dorms were not at all accurate, there was no curtain for privacy and no chests under the beds to lock away your stuff.

The hotel is clean en have nice big rooms, also a nice bathroom, the people are friendly and helpfunctie, very easy parking in front of the entrance. Breakfast is also very good, Just a few minutes walking to the City centre.

The location is great and near the street food market as well as the bus station. Nearby is the library, quite peaceful and chill. The place is very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious Shower gel, shampoo , hair conditioner and lotion was provided. Highly recommended.
