Front Of House Staff Not At Mark. There was a issue with other client, both Staff and client yelling at each other which is very un-professional & staff couldn't solve the issue. which made me shut & not say any comments due to their behavior. I request please train staff for this kind of customer dealing.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

As soon you enter the hotel, you’re presented with a clean and polished lobby, and extremely helpful reception staff. Entering the room I was surprised by how spacious and very clean every thing was, as usual you’re provided with the customary tea, coffee & a kettle, a large wardrobe and 2 huge single beds (if you chose to stay in 2 bed unit). You also have a small glass table and a comfy chair to sit and work if needed, though the chair was a bit shorter than the table so the sitting position wasn’t too comfortable. Over all great service, most importantly very clean hotel with spacious rooms.

الفندق رائع جدًا والعالمين جميعهم لطفاء خاصةً العامل ( مزمل ) جدًا لطيف وبشوش و خدوم قدم لنا خدمة رائعة جدًا . كل الشكر لادارة الفندق ، الاسعار مناسبة ، تمنيت لو هناك تنوع بالافطار حيث الافطار بسيط و سأكرر الزيارة ان شاءالله قريبًا ، أحببت أبو ظبي جدًا و الفندق كذلك .

خالص الشكر للأخت Lilia موظفة الاستقبال على الحرفية والأداء العالي والمميز لما تتمتع به من استقبال مميز لجميع النزلاء وبابتسامة جميلة واستقبال دافئ يشعرك بالطمأنينة والسرور من أول دخول الفندق مما يجعل النزلاء يشعرون وكأنهم بين أهلهم وليس نزلاء أو ضيوف ولباقتها وحرفيتها في حل أي مشكلة تواجهك اثناء فترة البقاء في الفندق كما أخص بالذكر شكرا وعرفانا الأخ محفوظ المسئول والمدير لمطاعم الفندق لبشاشة وجهه وتعامله معك كأنه صديق وهو بالفعل ما حدث لقد أصبح من الاصدقاء في أبوظبي بعد فترة الإقامة في الفندق لما وجدنا فيه من بشاشة وحفاوة لقاء وتناوله لأي طارئ أو شكوي حتى لو كانت صغيرة وجهوده وتفانيه في العمل واستقباله المميز لجميع النزلاء باختلاف جنسياتهم والعمل على تلبية جميع الطلبات بكل صدر رحب. ولا ننسى المدير العام السيد – أسامه إبراهيم والأخ مصطفى في الاستقبال.

We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding. We have a great experience staying here. Ms. Ednalyn of the reception was very accomodating and shes all about great customer service and makes good rapport with guests. I highly commend her. Thank you Royal Rose Hotel!

Мне было в этом отеле некомфортно. Создалось впечатление, что большинство гостей отеля жили по системе ”всё включено”. А я привыкла оплачивать только проживание, потому что я не люблю рано вставать, чтоб успевать на завтрак до 10 утра. Я искренне хотела потратить весь депозит (3000 дирхам), чтобы развлекаться в баре ежедневно, и курить кальян. Но из-за отношения некоторых сотрудников отеля я просто чувствовала себя отбросом общества на этом празднике жизни. Я думала, что я буду ходить в бар и заказывать напитки, когда мне удобно, называя номер комнаты. Но сотрудник в баре бассейна для взрослых сразу изменился в лице, когда узнал, что у нас не всё включено. Дружелюбная улыбка мигом исчезла с его лица и он принялся нас допрашивать: вы точно оплатите эти напитки на ресепшене? Вы точно заплатите? Как будто мы бомжи какие-то. Я не понимаю в чем проблема просто записать эти напитки на наш счёт и вычесть их стоимость из суммы депозита? Эта система как-то очень плохо продумана. Например, брали бы с нас подпись за напитки для подтверждения. Нет, он принялся нас допрашивать, вгоняя в унижение. После этого я к бару больше не подходила ни ногой. Соответственно, почти весь депозит, который я хотела потратить в отеле, мне вернули, когда мы выезжали из номера. Когда мне выдали счёт во время выезда, в нем не было этих 2 коктейлей, которые мы заказывали на баре. Я так ничего и не поняла. Если сотрудник на баре так боялся, что мы не заплатим на ресепшене, то почему они не включили эти напитки в счёт? Да, напитки были с алкоголем. Их что нужно как-то отдельно учитывать? И бегать каждый раз дополнительно оплачивать на ресепшен? Зачем? Если уже есть депозит. В общем, мой отдых был из-за этого испорчен. Ещё был прикол в том, что по документам они решили, что я мужчина, а не девушка. И хотя при заезде на ресепшене я сказала, что я не мистер, а мисс, но в номере на телевизоре, когда мы пришли, красовалась надпись ”Добро пожаловать, мистер...” и дальше мое имя и фамилия 🤭 В целом, отель неплохой. Красивые номера. Понравилось, что есть ванна и из нее стеклянная дверь в комнату. 3 бассейна. Но максимальная глубина только в одном 1,2 метра. Остальные 2 бассейна ещё менее глубокие (для купания с детьми). Депозит 400 дирхам в сутки за номер. Пляж в отеле не очень. По-моему он искусственный. До сих пор остались рытвины по бокам, как будто песок кто-то копал трактором (как карьер для строительства дома). В воде встречаются камни. При этом, неглубоко и вода у берега не бирюзовая, а коричневая. Периодически складывается ощущение, что плаваешь в луже. Также я просила дать нам высокий этаж. Обычно отели стараются исполнять мои просьбы куда бы мы не ездили. Но в этот раз нам дали только 4 этаж. Хотя категория номера была забронирована superior, по которой предполагаются этажи с 1 по 8. В номере 2 раза ломался сейф. Я не могла его открыть. Сотрудники быстро ремонтировали его - приходили в номер в течение 10-15 минут. У нас был ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Нет, нам не разрешили заехать в номер раньше, потому что он был ещё не готов, но оба раза нам разрешили пользоваться пляжем и бассейном. Хотя выезд из отеля в 12, мы пользовались пляжем до 16 часов. За это спасибо. Но в целом от отеля остался неприятный осадок. Я чувствовала себя в нем некомфортно. Возвращаться туда не хочется, чтобы снова не испытывать унижение.
