My daughter and I love this hotel, we are repeat guests! The breakfasts are AMAZING!!! Lovely food and lots of choice!!! The rooms are spacious, staff attentive and overall this place is great value for money! I also love the gym which has a huge range of equipment and is in a spacious area, so you can work out and feel comfortable.

I just want to thank all the Staff from the front desk for helping and comforting the guests they were very professional, especially Mr. Eslam, Mr. Surya, and Ms. Koshilea they provided an Excellent room with a fantastic gulf view, everything was amazing, and the room is cozy and very clean, also, Thanks to Mr. Mark, Ms. Michelle and Ms, Lovely from Sevilla restaurant the dinner and breakfast were amazing, and too many choices. my kids were very satisfied with the Swimming pool and slides and also kids club.

A stayed one night in this hotel. It's close to the airport, so it can be a decent place for a stopover. All in all, a standard 5 star hotel. Good breakfast. Wi Fi is ok.

Everything is exceptional from the reception to facilities. The receptionist even upgraded our room with free of charge and they even gave us free birthday cake which is very sweet. The breakfast buffet has amazing variety of food, even kids love it. The pool is amazing too.I like how the bed is big and very clean, the pillow and towel are comfy.

We enjoyed our stay in this place, swimming pool is clean and nice. Room is big and clean. The resort is amazing and good customer service . I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel and people were very nice although at the reception the receptionists were not so warm! They forgot to inform that we paid in advance to dine that night at the hotel restaurant and made us feel awkward since when we arrived, the lady in charge couldn't find us on their list!! The swimming pool was nice and big but very noisy with lots of kids shouting and playing with balls. Not a very nice place to relax after exhausting work days. The beach was clean and nice but again with noise due to the construction site opposite! Rooms were clean and comfortable though with very good beds and mattresses which is important for a good night's sleep.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the room was so nice especially the set up of the washroom. Great view from the balcony. Facilities in the hotel were good. Not super fancy but good. Al raha mall is just next door. You have access to Lulu and also food court if you got fed up with the food from the hotel.

Ключевым минусом является несоответствие информации: на сайте и в приложении указано, что в отеле два бассейна и оба бассейна входят в наш тариф: открытый и закрытый, но администратор нам сообщил, что бассейн только открытый, а закрытого бассейна у них нет в свободном доступе (за дополнительную плату в зоне спа есть вроде как бассейн). Расстроило, ведь мы изначально выбрали этот отель по важному для нас критерию «два бассейна». Также в «удобствах» числится «поле для гольфа» и «сквош», но поблизости мы ничего такого не нашли, хотя искали и уточняли, но никто к сожалению не дал нам информацию о местонахождении этих активностей. Кондиционер в номере протекал, один раз даже заходили работники, чтобы его починить, но он все равно продолжил протекать на пол. В остальном всё остальное на высоком уровне: чистый открытый бассейн, вкусные разнообразные завтраки, качественная уборка помещений, пляжная зона (правда иногда с медузами, но что поделать), отличный балкон: стулья, столик. Чистое и приятное место. Еще отмечу, не очень удобное расположение относительно остановки - далеко и нет тротуаров для пешеходов, кое как по жаре дошли до остановки, но автобус так и не дождались, ходит очень редко. На остановке нет кондиционеров, очень душно, поэтому вызвали такси. Учитывайте этот момент при заселении.
