Hotel yang bagus untuk harga. Pasukan di penerimaan tetamu sangat mesra. KEBAIKAN: Lokasi yang baik berhampiran dengan banyak restoran. Bilik ini mempunyai susun atur dan ruang yang baik. Tempat letak kenderaan tersedia (tempat letak kenderaan valet). Membersihkan bilik. KEBURUKAN: sedikit perabot lama.

Good location for the property, closed to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Bit old facilities, i think system also was obsolete. I was surprised when staff from restaurant approached me stating that my booking was not with breakfast. I showed him my confirmation that i paid extra for it, he called the reception to check. He let me talked to reception first before taking food which not normally happening im other hotels.
Check-in and check out was shift with staff, Ibrahim.

Everything was fantastic, the staff is very kind and helpful, the location is perfect and good connected with public transportation. Clean room, very very comfortable bed and the breakfast was the best part! If I’ll ever come back to Abu Dhabi, I know where to stay again!

My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication.
Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety.
Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.
