Hotel 3 Bintang di Abu Dhabi

The check-in process was easy and less than 5 mins. The front desk staffs are knowledgeable with their own procedures and helpful with questions from us. The airport shuttle services was brilliant as it helps the guest to have a seamless journey.

Decent hotel located nearby the Grand Mosque which was our main concern in visiting Abu Dhabi. Huge thanks to Mr. Kacimi, in the reception, for giving us the great family room. His kindness, with a smile, is an asset to the hotel. The room was so spacious, which really accommodated my family. Nice amenities as well, especially the jacuzzi, steam & sauna bath. We loved the salas / living area, thanks to Mr. Raghu and Mr. Rhohan, housekeeping dept., for providing our needs, especially the extra beds for my mom & I and for the bottled water. You guys are awesome, always smiling despite the busy schedule. Buffet breakfast was superb, with plenty of foods, we really enjoyed. Lastly, we don’t want to leave that early as we wanted to spend more time in the steam/sauna bath, hence, thank you so much Mr. Thuha Bo, in the reception, for granting our late check-out request. All of you are amazingly generous and kind by heart. Cheers and more power.

Friendly staff but the hotel feels more like a 2 star and not a three star, for example, you need to request an iron and slippers. They don’t have lotion. Breakfast could be better. I guess because I was here during winter, the staff were too busy to respond quickly. Overall, and considering the cost, I’d recommend this hotel as a budget hotel with a good location.

Me and my husband We got chocked in the beginning room was so bad no carpet not clean and no even single window..like they give us not good room while we stayed one day only !!! but after we i ask receptionist to change my room he did immediately to get a good room with nice view i hope to get this room again and i hope to not ask for change as giving good from beginning even i want stay a solo day need to give all guest first priority... Thank!!!

Escogimos este hotel a última hora en nuestra escala en Abu Dabi porque no pudimos adelantar nuestro vuelo; además de no conseguir un hotel económico más cercano al aeropuerto. Llegamos al hotel sobre las 09:00 am de la mañana y como ya saben en la mayoría de hoteles no se puede hacer el check-in hasta las 14:00 pm. La chica de la recepción me dijo que haría todo lo posible para que entrásemos sobre las 10-11 de la mañana, y nos fuimos a dar una vuelta. La ubicación del hotel no es mala ya que tienes de todo alrededor para comer, cafeterías y restaurantes. Suerte para nosotros que era domingo y no se pagaba parking porque alrededor del hotel todo es de pago. En cuanto a las habitaciones, en Booking se ve que es un hotel que se ha quedado anticuado pero la realidad es aún peor. Habitaciones que dan el aspecto de sucias y poco cuidadas. Las sabanas de la cama son malas y parece que no están limpias. En el baño sólo una toalla para todos (problema repetitivo que se ve que le ha sucedido a más clientes). Si la reserva es para dos, la habitación tiene que estar provista para dos personas, no para una solo. El baño es más que incómodo, el poco agua que sale para poder duch**** sale a pilas, y moja todo el baño. El agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir y es casi imposible duch**** el pelo en ese baño. Las instalaciones de la piscina y el gimnasio, huelen a humedad y sudor, sólo fui a visitarlas y me volví con la misma. Está todo muy descuidado. Ha sido una perdida total de dinero y estamos decepcionados con los servicios que brinda en este hotel en cuanto a calidad. Sólo me gustaría recalcar el buen trato de la recepcionista que hizo todo por dejarnos entrar antes, y por el señor que se encuentra en la entrada encargándose de todo el equipaje. Nos lo llevo hasta la habitación, ya eso se ve en pocos hoteles.

Отель превзошел мои ожидания. Очень вкусные завтраки, удобное расположение рядом с автобусной станцией и большим торговым центром. Единственный минус - это очень шумный кондиционер, на ночь приходилось его выключать

مميز حدا ً وراحه تامه وهدوء. راشكر بالاخص موظف الاستقبال. الكس قمه في الاحترام. وحفاوة استقبال في الانجاز السريع. والسلس وومكان مناسب والقيمه مكابل الماكن نوعاً ما مناسب والفندق يقع في. وسط المدينه ويوجد بجانبه خدمات عديده من سوبر ماركت ومطاعم وكفيهات

Tldr; nice hotel with good price. First, the hotel is well placed outside the city in a quiet neighborhood that allows for nice evening or night strolls. Second, the hotel has good amenities, including a pool and on-premise restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Third, the in-room amenities are also pretty decent and expected for a 3-4 start hotel. Finally, the bed and sofa are comfortable, while the TV and AC work as expected.

This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. Always good to catch up with the staffs as they are super friendly and helpful. But I found every time I came back these days certain things were not working. They used to provide chromecast but it was all gone. Also hot water is were not working in the room this time and I could not even take a shower. But still my first choice for the hotels because of the hospitality I have been receiving.
