خالص الشكر للأخت Lilia موظفة الاستقبال على الحرفية والأداء العالي والمميز لما تتمتع به من استقبال مميز لجميع النزلاء وبابتسامة جميلة واستقبال دافئ يشعرك بالطمأنينة والسرور من أول دخول الفندق مما يجعل النزلاء يشعرون وكأنهم بين أهلهم وليس نزلاء أو ضيوف ولباقتها وحرفيتها في حل أي مشكلة تواجهك اثناء فترة البقاء في الفندق كما أخص بالذكر شكرا وعرفانا الأخ محفوظ المسئول والمدير لمطاعم الفندق لبشاشة وجهه وتعامله معك كأنه صديق وهو بالفعل ما حدث لقد أصبح من الاصدقاء في أبوظبي بعد فترة الإقامة في الفندق لما وجدنا فيه من بشاشة وحفاوة لقاء وتناوله لأي طارئ أو شكوي حتى لو كانت صغيرة وجهوده وتفانيه في العمل واستقباله المميز لجميع النزلاء باختلاف جنسياتهم والعمل على تلبية جميع الطلبات بكل صدر رحب. ولا ننسى المدير العام السيد – أسامه إبراهيم والأخ مصطفى في الاستقبال.

Wow. This was my first stay in Abu Dhabi. Never thought I'd ever get to this part of the world and it wasn't on my bucket list either, but alas, this visit was for business and pleasure. Meridien made my stay effortlessly a pleasure to have a great place to hang my head each evening. Other than the additional health related facilities, they had wonderful eateries on the first floor and a classy restaurant on the top floor. No matter what floor I was on, the view was breathtaking. Last, but not least, the service from everyone we saw was welcomingly friendly. Mil grazie, Danke, and Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasure.

My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication. Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety. Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.

This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. Best wishes to the hotel and Saajid and the cleaner (sorry we couldn’t ask him ask his name) and kind regards to all the staff. 💪❤️

Happy with my stay. The room was clean, sizable and catered to all my needs. Check-in, which for me was at 3am was efficient, calm and professional. Most importantly, I opted for this hotel given that the departure bus stop for the airport is next to the entrance - a 1 minute walk, and the arrival bus stop is also only a 4-5 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. I would return 👍

They were spacious and clean but lacked modern amenities—a noticeable shortcoming was the dated furniture and the small, old TV sets. This may not be an issue for someone staying a night or two, but for an extended stay aimed at relaxation, the setup is less than ideal. The breakfast offering was another area where the hotel could improve. The quality of food was below average, not what one would expect from a 4-star establishment. In summary, this hotel is better suited for travelers on a budget who plan short stays and prioritize location and basic cleanliness over modern comforts and a quality dining experience.

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro. Ampia stanza con bagno grande e wi-fi. 2 bottiglie da 1/2 litro al giorno gratis per prepararti il caffè solubile e/o il the caldo sempre presenti in stanza con immancabile kettle. Prezzo un po’ troppo alto a notte per una sola persona, secondo me.
