Hotel Abu Dhabi dengan Kolam Renang

We were so shocked that the hotel room is so comfortable, clean, and there is a bathtub too?! We love our short stay here The shuttle bus came on time upon arrival and departure too My husband even get to perform his friday prayers at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! Highly recommending everyone to stay here if you have a longer transit! The breakfast buffet spread is simple but a good variety! The quality of the food is awesome too! But do note that it cost 62 aed per person for breakfast!

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini, ia layak mendapat empat bintang. Hotel ini terletak dengan baik di jalan yang agak tengah dan makmur Ramai pemandu teksi mengetahui hotel ini sebaik sahaja mereka mendengarnya. Terdapat Khalidiya Mall berdekatan, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah dan makan. Saya tidak menemui sebarang ulasan buruk yang saya lihat semasa memilih hotel sebelum ini. Masih agak bertuah.

Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

كل الشكر و التقدير لموظف الاستقبال السيد / السادات الذي قام باستلام حجزي و حال المشكلة التي تسبب فيها موظف الاستقبال اخر عن تسجيل الدخول. نحن مجموعة عوائل و لدينا  14 غرفة و قد طلبت من الفندق قبل اسبوع من موعد الوصول بالتنسيق لجعل الغرف كلها بنفس الطابق و عند وصولي للموظف لتسجيل الدخول ابلغني الموظف / (ط) بان جميع الغرف بطابق واحد و فيما بعد بدء بتوزيع الغرف على عدة طوابق و جلسنا ما يقارب الساعة و نص بجدال مع الموظف و المحاولة بجعل الغرف بطابق واخد ولكن بسبب ادائه  البطيئ جدا كانت احد صعوبات بجعل الغرف بنفس الطابق. عندها حضر السيد /  سادات و بدون اي مبالغة قام بحل المشكلة في ظرف 20 دقيقة و جعل الغرف (14 غرفة) كلها بطابق واحد. كل الشكر مرة اخرى للسيد / سادات و هذا ان يدل فيدل بان الرجل متمكن و يعرف مهامه الوظيفية بشكل صحيح و كيف يتعامل مع النزلاء و يلبي رغبة النزلاء و يسعى لتوفير اقامة سعيدة للنزلاء. فيما يخص الموظف الاستقبال الاخر اتمنى من ادارة الفندق تكثيف من برامج تاهيل لموظفيها في كيفية التعامل مع النزلاء و سرعة الاستجابة و حل المشاكل و العمل على توفير اقامة سعيدة للنزلاء. الى السيد / سادات جميع افراد الاسرة يشكرونك على توفيرك الاقامة سعيدة لهم.

During my three-night stay at Tryp by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center, I found it to be a delightful experience overall. Its prime location made exploring the city a breeze, with Al Mariah Mall just a short walk away and an abundance of 24-hour supermarkets nearby, ensuring convenience at any hour. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the proximity to the bustling downtown area, offering a plethora of fantastic dining options. However, the real gem was breakfast. Not only were the views breathtaking, but Chef Benjamin and his team ensured a culinary experience to remember, with a variety of delicious options and impeccable service. While the bed was slightly on the stiff side, it didn't detract from a restful night's sleep. The rooftop pool provided a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. I must commend the front office staff for their efficiency and friendliness, adding to the overall positive impression. In essence, Tryp by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center provided a comfortable and convenient base for my Abu Dhabi adventures, with memorable culinary moments and attentive service leaving a lasting impression.
