Hotel berhampiran Yas Mall basement parking, Abu Dhabi

We celebrated our anniversary and it was wonderful. The booking and check-in were smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff made our stay special with a beautifully decorated room. Overall, Aloft Abu Dhabi provided excellent service and luxurious amenities. Highly recommended for a special getaway.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

We are always coming back to this hotel because of the cheaper room rate, the staff is good, but sometimes the room is not properly clean, one time when we are staying, coffee mug is not clean, i think they just wash it with only water.

For a short visit, this might be a minor inconvenience, but it could become a major issue over time. Overall, while City Seasons Al Hamra shines in its strategic location and offers decent dining options, the condition of its rooms, specifically the need for modernization and the issue with warm water availability, suggests a pressing need for renovation. These improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for both short-term and long-term stays.

We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

Ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali ketika melancong ke seluruh dunia Harganya bukanlah yang paling mahal, tetapi pengangkutan adalah yang paling mudah. ​​Ketibaan dari lapangan terbang ke hotel adalah RMB 7.3 berada di tingkat bawah atau dalam masa beberapa minit. Mereka sangat bertimbang rasa dan sabar. Terdapat banyak kumpulan pelancongan domestik setiap hari untuk apa yang anda ingin makan Ia sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga. Kakitangan hotel juga bersedia untuk menyelesaikan semua kesulitan saya kualiti rakyat jauh ke hadapan!

Booked a superior room with city view and had a free upgrade to luxury room with sea view which made our stay more special. Staff were very nice especially Ms. Allen in the reception. The room was so clean. Many options for breakfast. Location within the city center. We had a great stay.

خالص الشكر للأخت Lilia موظفة الاستقبال على الحرفية والأداء العالي والمميز لما تتمتع به من استقبال مميز لجميع النزلاء وبابتسامة جميلة واستقبال دافئ يشعرك بالطمأنينة والسرور من أول دخول الفندق مما يجعل النزلاء يشعرون وكأنهم بين أهلهم وليس نزلاء أو ضيوف ولباقتها وحرفيتها في حل أي مشكلة تواجهك اثناء فترة البقاء في الفندق كما أخص بالذكر شكرا وعرفانا الأخ محفوظ المسئول والمدير لمطاعم الفندق لبشاشة وجهه وتعامله معك كأنه صديق وهو بالفعل ما حدث لقد أصبح من الاصدقاء في أبوظبي بعد فترة الإقامة في الفندق لما وجدنا فيه من بشاشة وحفاوة لقاء وتناوله لأي طارئ أو شكوي حتى لو كانت صغيرة وجهوده وتفانيه في العمل واستقباله المميز لجميع النزلاء باختلاف جنسياتهم والعمل على تلبية جميع الطلبات بكل صدر رحب. ولا ننسى المدير العام السيد – أسامه إبراهيم والأخ مصطفى في الاستقبال.

Requested for connecting rooms and the hotel was nice to provide. Super spacious plus there’s a living room area in between the connecting rooms. Nice stay.

***Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, Abu Dhabi*** *Location: (5/5)12-15aed taxi from the main bus station. Has access to the mall and supermarket. *Reception: (5/5) Friendly receptionists. Quick and easy check-in. *Room: (4/5) aesthetic, clean, has ironing board and iron. No cotton pads nor shavers. *Restaurant: (3/5) variety of choices, but just not to my liking.
