The hotel service was very poor, no one helps you, bedding and towels are very old and worn out, room.service come early morning whilst ur sleeping amd take ur towels, replace with fresh ones late afternoon so ur basically waking up, showering washing up etc without any towels, 2 basic washing gel bottles, one near sink and one in shower, no kettle or water in room and upon asking for warm water was told none available, pool is cold and not very clean. If your room is on the front side then very noisy at nighy as 2 nightclubs next door, we were on basement floor so was quiet. Breakfast is same every day, overdone fried egg and parathas, cereal in open bowls, oranges and apples as fresh fruit amd croissants amd crumpets. If you like ur tea then I would suggest take your own tea bags as its very weak and also cold in the kettle in dining area. Was nice enough, had lovely lobby and pool area with table tennis,pool amd archery but overall was disappointed with the service

Neat and clean hotel, with delicious buffets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean too and the location is perfect to enjoy the sun. Perfect for solo traveller or couples. The beach is 5 minutes of walk.

The menu offered a wide range of local and international dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients. The seafood tajine and mint tea were especially divine. The Oasis Spa and Hotel truly lives up to its name—it’s a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation and luxury by the beach. Hôtel un peu éloigné du bord de mer. Mais en plein centre de la ville.Mais le cadre est une petite boutique marocaine, la déco est soignée.le cadre extérieur autour de la piscine est agréable, colorée avec son bar et restaurant. C’est un hôtel calme et ambiance familiale, où les rencontres se font aisément. Personnel au petits soins. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

El hotel muy bonito, el servicio, la atención del personal, lo peor es que siendo un hotel tan grande y tan prestigioso, parece mentira que no tenga wifi en sus habitaciones, necesitaba hacer un trabajo y tuve que irme hasta la madrugada al frente de recepción, donde a ciertas horas fueron apagando todas las luces, fue la peor parte de mi viaje a Marruecos y de estar en varios hoteles, no tienen acceso a internet, me encontraba en la habitación 2722 y fue horrible

This is a lovely hotel. Not far from the beach, bus station within a short walk. Nice staff and good food. My room was very nice. I would recommend it.

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out
