MMironovaTatianaНормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь.
Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами.
Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты.
Но это на побережье в целом.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face.
Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated.
The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food.
The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day.
24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality.
Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying!

PPengguna TetamuHôtel un peu éloigné du bord de mer. Mais en plein centre de la ville.Mais le cadre est une petite boutique marocaine, la déco est soignée.le cadre extérieur autour de la piscine est agréable, colorée avec son bar et restaurant.
C’est un hôtel calme et ambiance familiale, où les rencontres se font aisément.
Personnel au petits soins.
Un bon rapport qualité prix.

RRoamingCheck in slow for the most part. Staff are very helpful. The slide and pool are great. The massage and spa place is very warm and welcoming, very relaxing. Close to the beach, only pet peeve is being rushed out of the breakfast hall and stood over when the time reaches ten am as they need to clean and prep

PPASMFor the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast.
It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
