The location was perfect, offering beautiful ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is good too. Overall, it’s a nice option for a quiet getaway by the sea.

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

入住15點，我們14點到的，房間一直沒收拾好，到了17:30才正式入住。房間辦理有點慢，房間潮濕有點黴味，衞生紙非常薄，隔音特別的不好，早飯種類很多。

The location of the hotel was amazing and we were upgraded to a sea view room which was nice. We found the food very good every mealtime and we used the snack bar too and the food was good. The staff at the beach bar were quite rude as was the man on checkout. During our stay, plastic was put down on the floor of our block and workmen were taking the plaster off. This didn’t disrupt our stay but it would have been nice to be warned that this work was going to be happening. Bed was comfy and amenities were good too.

El hotel muy bonito, el servicio, la atención del personal, lo peor es que siendo un hotel tan grande y tan prestigioso, parece mentira que no tenga wifi en sus habitaciones, necesitaba hacer un trabajo y tuve que irme hasta la madrugada al frente de recepción, donde a ciertas horas fueron apagando todas las luces, fue la peor parte de mi viaje a Marruecos y de estar en varios hoteles, no tienen acceso a internet, me encontraba en la habitación 2722 y fue horrible

Belle hôtel avec personnel sympatique au niveau de la réception et de la sécurité . Belle chambre avec ménage effectué. Assez éloigné de la plage . Belle piscine mais dommage que le club a côté met de la musique forte tard le soir. Petit déjeuner copieux mais organisation à revoir pour éviter l'attente. Très belle salle de sport mais payante dommage que c'est pas compris avec le prix de la chambre comme beaucoup d'autre hôtel.

The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
