Hotel Pantai di Agadir

From start to finish at arriving at the Beach Club, it was a joy. The hotel is in a great location and right next to the beach. The staff were extremely nice to us, most days we went to the pool and the animation team Toto etc were so friendly and very welcoming for us to participate in the games throughout the day which were really fun. The night entertainment in the hotel bar was excellent. Overall the staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly throughout the whole hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Super friendly staff & employees! Location cannot be beat in Agadir. Just minutes by walking to tons of eateries, 10 minutes to the beach & shops plus banks and ATMS all over. The actual hotel is massive and nice in a very antique way and there’s a restaurant, lounge and pool on site. My only gripe is that the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby of the hotel so just know that you’ll have to be around others often if you need a good connection. There’s plenty of room and seating space on sofas in the lobby however. You just will not have much privacy if that matters for you for calls, etc. Overall good, budget-friendly stay!

Agadir is not renowned for customer for English tourists it’s a shock that English isn’t spoken everywhere … that’s our problem. But things here can be frustrating This establishment had great staff, nice reception area and god facilities. Top class tennis courts. Nice pool. The staff are very reliable and trustworthy. Believe me that make s big big diffract to your trip. The place is clean and the internet is great ….

Shower water pressure and temperature good. Bed comfortable enough. Floor is generally clean. Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable. No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access. Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied. The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress. The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises. The park in front is under construction.

Neat and clean hotel, with delicious buffets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean too and the location is perfect to enjoy the sun. Perfect for solo traveller or couples. The beach is 5 minutes of walk.

Best experience ever. Friendly stuff with best hygiene and professionalism. I've included breakfast Which is well recommended and you don't want to miss out on lovely fresh brunch. Also deals aren't bad so do some research. Thanks

4 time in this hotel like my second home thanks fout you’re hosetality and humanity thanks for the pool teams and the snack bar teams ( Omar,Ridda) the best service morning to evening. The staff did not help us with our luggage, and there is no elevator to the rooms, making it difficult to access our room especially people who have disabilities.To make matters worse, we were told that our modest swimwear (Burkini) was not allowed in the swimming pool. We were shocked and appalled by this discriminatory policy. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests in this manner. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff told us this term & conditions of all hotels policies that not allowed to use swimming suit full. We have done our own investigation by going different hotels but Atlantic hotel staff lied .Staff were rude and not welcoming. You cannot bring any food or drink from outside to your room. Breakfast was so poor and same food every day. There is only one bottle of water in the breakfast area .We found insects in the foods.As Atlantic hotel agadir advertises as four star hotel but speaking truly that we have stayed five days,at Atlantic hotel & It is only two star hotel. The beach is far away from the hotel and you have to talk through hill and road is quite dangerous because people are driving crazy, and no safety for public. just returned from a week at this Hotel . First impression “very Morocon . The manageres was very helpful and is there all day ensuring everyone is happy . The animation team are the best we have have known , they work so hard involving children and adults from dawn till dusk “a big well done” . Very clean Hotel, no it’s not a 4 star but the friendliness of all the staff take over . Lots of choices of food daily , The daily snack “pancakes” could be changed . Private beach area. Our waiter Suade was remarkable the gardens are well maintained, and the Pool boy is on hand for everyone , Well done Team Kenzi Europa. From Marie and David .
