It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

This hotel has everything you need and more.The food is generally good,although I had a poor meal in Krystal restaurant one night and didn't go back.The Marrakech restaurant was very good as was the buffet.The grounds are lovely and ghe location is good.The rooms were also nice but even thoughI requested a room suitable for a senior friend of mi who was travelling with me it didnt materialise.Anyway she had a traumatic experience using the bath as it got very slippery and could not find her feet to get out.I had go call for help which arrived and the staff were wonderfulIt was very scary for her as she is 85years old.Please offer accomadation appropriate for such clients as it would be a huge help.Finally the staff were the best I have ever come across in my 40years of travelling the world.From the moment we checked in ,to all the restaurant staff and bar staff and I can honestly say the welcome was very genuine,enthusiastic and warm.There may be some work to be done on the housekeeping side.Also,if one is trying to get a nap during the day it can be difficult with the furniture being shoved about here and there on the rooms above yours.Also be aware that it can be foggy in Agadir which obviously isn't the hotels fault but we were here for 10days and had only 2 days of sun-the first and last.Again the staff were great and I always say its the people that make a place.

Franchement en dessous de tout: un personnel pléthorique mais absolument incompétent et mal embouché, ne parlant pas le français pour la plupart. La première impression est sinistre: un hall en marbre obscur mal éclaire et lá-bas derriere un comptoir deux ou trois cerbères au regard peu amène de fonctionnaires soviétiques. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres malgré une température exterieure de 10 degrés la nuit en un air glacial qui s'infiltre par des fenêtres qui ne sont pas étanches. L'eau chaude fait défaut au moment crucial et le petit déjeuner propose des mini-croissants rassis de l'avant-veille. Sur ce point c'est discipline militaire: arrivés en sale a 10 heures moins cinq, le service était déja désinstallé. Il a fallu crier pour obtenir quelques malheureuses viennoiseries. Partis en promenade pour la journées, nous découvrons que passées 20 heures, la chambre n'était toujours pas faite! Plainte à la réception qui nous dit ”que nous aurions du solliciter le service de housekeeping” Ah oui? C'est une option? . Conclusion: une qualité de service qui ferait honte aux Thénardier du roman de Victor Hugo.L'impression d'être les seuls clients de l'hôtel tant les parties communes étaient désertes en permanence. A se demander quel est l'organisme qui octroie les étoiles au Maroc.

**DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - SCAM ALERT!** I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. I booked five rooms well in advance, and despite arriving at the hotel before 11:30 pm, they canceled my booking. Their excuse? They claimed the system was down and couldn't retrieve my reservation. Even worse, I had been in constant communication with their customer service, providing proof of emails that confirmed my arrival—my flight was running late, but I still made it on time. Customer service assured me that my booking was safe. However, when I arrived, the assistant manager had already marked me as a ”no-show” and tried to claim they had no communication from the head office. This hotel essentially **stole our money** for five fully paid rooms and is refusing to give anything back. It's a complete scam. They seem to prefer if you buy the room directly from them at a higher cost rather than through a third-party site. **On top of that, beware of the reviews! Most of them are fake and have been paid for by the hotel to boost their ratings with locals.** **BEWARE: This is a dodgy hotel. Stay somewhere else if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.**

From the moment I arrived at the Sofitel Thalassa Sea & Spa, I felt like a VIP. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, look no further than the Sofitel Thalassa Sea & Spa. The facilities are top-notch, from the pool to the restaurants to the spa. But what really made my stay special was the staff, who were incredibly attentive and made me feel like royalty.

Dined at Soul (Moroccan/Lebanese cuisine), the food was delicious and service attentive throughout. The restaurant manager / host escorted us to the table and explained the menu in detail, food was beautifully presented and at the right temperature, if you stay in this resort Soul is a must try, I highly recommend it.

The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

Hotel is in a great position, 5 mins to the beach and beach front restaurants. Rashid organised a couple of trips for us which were great. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, small balcony, sadly ours didn't get the sun! Pool area had plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool but cold at this time of year, we did vrave it though! Breakfast was fine, we didn't have any other meals as we like to go out and eat. We would stay again, a great place for some winter sunshine.

Bij inchecken kregen we een kamer met een ouderwetse televisie, de kamer zag er niet uit, daarna kregen wij een andere kamer met een smart TV iets beter, maar we konden geen tv kijken want de kabel was stuk, technische dienst geweest kon het niet maken gelukkig had ik mijn eigen iptv bij me met afstandsbediening, zelf opgelost, het personeel is heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt heb ik vandaag is zeer goed. Had geboekt voor 2 dagen, bij de eerste boeking zou ik inclusief ontbijt boeken dat is fout gegaan, ik moest dus buiten ergens ontbijten, vandaag dus wel ontbijt erbij, ook heb ik dubbel betaald ik hoop maar dat ik het teveel betaalde bedrag terug ontvang. Het is gezellig zwembaden voor volwassenen en kinderen, je moet wel vroeg snel naar het zwembad anders heb je geen ligbed, die zijn dan allemaal bezet. Ik vond het wel okee het verblijf.

Unbelievable how good the hotel was, such a perfect service and every single person in the hotel was all the time ready to help. 24/7 roomservice and the rooms are perfectly clean. A perfect team for the activities at the pool and even by the bar, every night after the dinner a beautiful activity. Only one bad point is that the pool was very cold. Perfect view from the room. I enjoyed my vacation and if u want to enjoy every second of your vacation just go for Atlas Amadil.
