We were very well taken care of by the staff of the hotel right from the moment of our arrival to departure. We had some late requests to change the mattress which were too soft for me which they had arranged in short notice. Though we ate dinner out due to time constraints we did find the breakfast tasty and ample quantity for all of us.

Outstanding property with amazingly motivated staff , well maintained swanky British heritage interiors , international class facilities and great proximity to mall plus kanchanjangha view point. While the location of the facility 500 metres above the main road , made it difficult for us to approach nearby restaurants, the delicious cuisine tabled by the experiences chef of Sterling, saved us the trouble of the trek up and down .
