Naiades Marina Hotel

The best hotel in Agios Nikolaos! Nice breakfast, helpful staff! Clean rooms! We were allowed to check in earlier because our room was ready! I highly recommend this hotel which is close to the centre.

Just came back from This beautiful place with my friend. Hotel Immaculate very peaceful. Breakfast good with plenty selection. Staff Monica and Nicki very friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable. Highly recommend

Cute little hotel with an excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly, I have to praise the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the room where we stayed. The only bad thing about the hotel is the breakfast, which is disastrous, everything is always the same, and the selection is ridiculous!!!

Booked the hotel for the private jacuzzi on the balcony. Balcony was quite big with a clothes line to hang wet towels/bikinis. Jacuzzi itself was good. However, hotel is quite old. A lot of the things in the bathroom (faucet, shower, etc) were rusty and a lot of times there was a really smelly odor coming from the pipes. There’s no shower curtain so the bathroom gets really wet/flooded when someone showers. Overall, I would pick a different hotel next time.

We had a nice stay here in the hotel. The rooms while on the small side were clean & well maintained. The bathroom was a little small but functional. The staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is ideally located with only a 3 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to the centre of town. All things considered it was great value for money.

Lovely 3 days in Agios Nikolaos based from this small hotel. Rooms were fairly small, though adequate for 2 adults. Very clean and tastefully simple decor. All the women at the desk… Monique, Maria, Lea, and owner Nicoletta, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Beach around the corner, Ammos was small but fine for a few hours. Easy driving distance to other beaches. Good location to walk to many top-rated restaurants along port. Morning breakfast was very nice and filling. A/C (for Americans) was a bit loud and not particularly cool. Overall, pleasant stay and value!

We have recently returned from a most enjoyable two week holiday based at this hotel with Thomas Cook. The Hotel is in a perfect position, close to all the main features of the town. Everything can be reached in ten minutes walking time, including the bus station and the lake. There are plenty of good tavernas, bars, supermarkets and shops close by. Our room, a standard double with sea-view, on the first floor, was very nicely appointed. It was cleaned and serviced everyday. The bed was large and very comfortable and together with the very low noise levels at night, we slept very well indeed. The balcony was a major disappoin**ent, being only about two feet wide and was not really a place to sit. Rooms with an inland or pool view seem to have more spacious balconies. The wardrobe space was inadequate for two people with few hangars and hardly any shelves and no doors!. The bathroom was nicely appointed, with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water at all times. The airconditioning was brilliant and super quiet in operation; we had it set at 24° and were very comfotable Downstairs, pool area was lovely and very little used, you can also sit out by the pool at breakfast if you prefer. Breakfast was a big disappoin**ent. The quality of the foods on offer was fine, but there was hardly any variety from day to day and very little hot food. The coffee machine would cease to function at busy times and needed five minutes to restart, it really needs replacing. The breakfast room was badly laid out; too many tables in too little space, resulting in bumping into fellow guests. A major plus are the staff, particularly the lovely ladies maning the front desk They are so friendly and knowledgable regarding the town and the local area. They will help make your stay trouble free and enjoyable.

The location was good for walking everywhere and the place was safe, clean, very welcoming and friendly. The bed was really great, so we slept well! We loved the sea view and balcony too. The breakfast was lovely and well presented. Our first day we did not have hot water in the hotel as there was some problem, but that was fixed by the end of the day. We did wish that there would be some information in the room or given at the reception desk about parking (a map with free parking areas circled, for example). Less packaging for items like sugar, installing a reusable container for body wash, and asking if guests would be willing to use towels again to consider the environment would help with sustainability. I think that with a few easy adjus**ents, the hotel could attract more guests by emphasizing caring for the environment. It is such a beautiful place. Our room on the top floor had a private outdoor jacuzzi for two, best sampled in the morning when sunshine adds to the experience. Getting tea and milk for the room was a slog, and no coffee was available apart from at the breakfast bar between 8 and 10am
