Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!

Como é possível haver música alta num quarto, gente a bater com portas e a falar alto nos corredores durante toda a noite???? Este é um hotel da cadeia Starwood...(???) Pequeno-almoço fabuloso.

Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

This is an incredible hotel, i am astounded that this does not rate as the best hotel in India. We have stayed at most of the top rated Taj Hotels and Oberoi hotels and this is really outstanding, the views of the Taj Mahal and hotel design are exquisite, the service is generous, discrete and thoughtful, the staff are well trained, gentle, proactive and positive. The attention to detail and upkeep of the resort is immaculate. Everything runs like clockwork and the little touched and extra mile that all go to smack of quality and excellent management. There was a wedding the night we stayed at this hotel. The rooms surrounding ours were those who attended the wedding. They were very loud once the wedding was over and they returned to their rooms. We called the desk to complain and instead of talking to the guests being loud, they asked us if we wanted to move our room. This was 1:30 am. They should have spoken to those disturbing others to be quiet instead of asking us if we wanted to move rooms.
